Really good experience with the Mercedes A-Class. Customer service was very good throughout. We specifically went for this Mercedes after my grandson found it online. He didn't quite have 2 years NCD, so I told him once he did that he could have the car. He's since had it and he’s really pleased with it. This was both of our first times visiting LMC and we have no complaints.

Yeah I had no problems at all with the experience. I knew the car I wanted, LMC is literally 2 seconds up the road from me so I went to have a look and made the purchase. I like the fact they always got back to me quickly with answers to my questions.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because when I first arrived the gentleman that greeted me and my colleague was a bit rude, and instead of making us feel welcome, he asked "what are you doing here" Everything went fine after that, but that sort of greeting sticks with you. After agreeing to take the van, it was all done very quick and it helped that I was able to get to take it on a test drive beforehand. It's had a couple of bits done to it since I've owned it. I got the van with 60k miles on it so it's had a wet belt changed, and it's booked in for a wheel bearing. Overall, though, it's been a good van.

If I could say one thing about LMC, it'd be that their customer service was brilliant and they were always on hand to answer my questions pretty much immediately.

I was just looking online for the vehicle and I found one at LMC. The experience was fine.

The sale of the vehicle involved very good communication. I didn't attend the dealership as I could not travel at the time, so everything was done over the phone and I was sent videos. However, when the vehicle was dropped off, I noticed that one side of the car had been poorly resprayed, which they did not point out to me, that was disappointing. There was also a radar system fault, but luckily the vehicle was still under the manufacturer’s warranty.
