I was looking on Autotrader and LMC had the vehicle I wanted but it was the partnership with the AA and the battery health check that made me choose them to buy from. I heard a rattle when I collected the vehicle so went back straight away and even though it was late in the day they got it sorted straight away, it was perfect, I also had an issue with a tyre too and they got that sorted for me. Living far from the dealership I didn’t want to go to look at the vehicle, but the guys did a walk around video call to show it was exactly how the pictured showed and it was, would recommend.

The VW Sharan is a company car, so I’m not personally driving it loads, but I’d be told if anything was wrong, and I’ve had no complaints, if anything, positive feedback. Overall, my experience with LMC was good, and I’d give them 4.5 out of 5. Everyone was friendly, and I’d recommend them and go back. There were just a few minor communication issues that could have improved things. I was at the dealership most of the day and wasn't told there was no insurance, so I had to organise that last minute before leaving. The air conditioning also didn’t work, so I went back a couple of weeks later. They sorted it and were good about it, although the appointment was rescheduled from the original date when I went. These aren’t major complaints, just small communication improvements that could take the experience from 4.5 to five stars.

They had the car I was after, we orgainsed it all before we went down and drove it away on the day. One thing I've not had is we were given one key but told two, waiting for them to send one. I would have liked to have gotten it cheaper but it was alright on the day. I would recommend them to others.

The Ford Kuga we got from LMC is absolutely brilliant. We were searching online and came across it at LMC, and the dealership is only about 15 minutes down the road! I had no issues down at the dealership tthey were polite and got the deal done

I went to LMC as I was in the area and was looking for a car at that moment. The staff were quite welcoming and nice, I think the guys name was Mo. He showed me around and answered my questions. Had a few test drives and they introduced me the Cupra and that was that. Got it done. I drove it away that day. Overall their hospitality was what I liked. The boss was gave me some advice aswell. I’ve already recommend them to a friend who has gone and bought from there

Getting on really well with the Mercedes from LMC, they had the car I was after and I liked that they had so much variety in stock, this was attractive as it gives you more options. I dealt with William and he was great, responded to my messages and was flexible with me when needed! I would have give it a 5 if there had been a bit more holding at the end of the process. Overall good experience no complaints and would recommend.
