Arranged to view a Mustang, booked a slot, the car was prepared on arrival and I was overwhelmed by the status of the car and the service given to me by Martin and James. They gave me plenty of time to go through the car at my own time, agreed for a test drive and after checking all the paperwork and history a deal was done. I am the happiest man, having driving my new Pony all the way to Portsmouth without any issues. Thank you so much M&M, Martin and James for the great service and for getting me my dream car.
They hide behind a LTD company to rob people... Obtain money by deception. If anyone else sold such dangerous cars...they'd be arrested and in jailed but in Tory Britain its seen as harmless clever trading called 'Creative Business' model. The realiity is ... disgusting example of capitalism... One day someone is going to get killed in these rip off death traps... Then someone is going to take revenge and turn up at the business property!! They don't answer landline, or mobiles... Wonder why, because everyone is after them...
I bought a BMW 330ci last week from M&M. i have nothing but praise for the way my purchase went. we live 220 miles away and took pretty much a gamble that the car would check out properly. After various calls and pictures sent by James and martin i was not really happy with a couple of blemishes on the bodywork. I by self admittance Do not like tatty paint etc. Martin agreed to get it in the body shop and paint a few tatty bits. Also i wanted a 12 month mot. ( It already had 7 months on it). Martin agreed to my wishes bearing in mind he doesn't know me from Adam. It needed an exhaust section which cost me nothing. When we turned up to see and inspect the car looked like a Million dollars and drove wonderfully. I drove it home to Cheshire with a massive smile all the way. Absolutely everything works on the car and i could not be happier. We have got a fantastic car. Many thanks to the guys at M&M. My journey was defiantly worth it.
Bought a car 08/21 never again poor service from staff , car has been a nightmare thought buying from dealer was a good idea, we paid £300 less for car as it needed tyres radio sorting so far we have spent £1800 on car and still not right , they promised to pay me another £100 but never did avoid avoid theses cowboys
Martin was great looking after me. The car I bought had some mechanical issues after purchase. Spoke to Martin who arranged everything to be sorted no questions, no agro, no additional cost, he just got it done. Excellent service and I think the first honest and genuine car dealer I have met/bought a car from. I really appreciated the no quibble, no fuss service I got. I would honestly recommend them.

Full of promises but once the car is in their possession just don't trust what they tell you. They had sold my cars the advert was still live on their website. But because they advertise all over the place you would never know it was sold. It took some probing and searching to find out the car had sold. When I asked they then told me it had. You will never know what they sold a car for even though they promise to split the deal so each party benefits. Their is nothing transparent it's all very secretive. Simply these people are ex car dealers who have seen that dealing in classic cars is far more lucrative. In other words just don't believe what you are told. Very charming and try to appear they are freinds. Not in the slightest "smiling assassin comes to mind"

This makes us all the more keen to make sure this gets resolved and doesn’t happen again. As a consumer, the purchaser of your cars have 30 days to return a car for any reason for a full refund, thus in this instance, the money was indeed passed to you in well less then 30 days. We are obliged to adhere to the laws relating to the consumer rights, I do hope you understand our position now. Sincerely Martin
Hi Well I got a convertible tr7 from these guys, payed top money for it. Very nice to deal with and helpful when buying the car. Was told the car had none of the faults these cars normally have But be warned once you have the car they want nothing todo with you. The car was had a long mot and had not been driven much from that mot, it had also had the brakes and full tune up done. Well after a few months and a chance to go over the car This is what I found Brakes a total mess, wrong shoes fitted on the back, front calipers bleed nipples rusted in place, so brake fluid not changed in years So I decided to sort out, recon calipers fitted, correct rear brake she’s fitted ( found springs missing and what was there fitted wrong ) also found master brake cylinder leaking, so had to replace that ( how did this pass an mot like this ), DANGEROUS After that I looked at the clutch mast and slave cylinders, found both leaking and again fluid not changed in years, so replaced the lot. Then did the cooling system, found coolant needed replacing and also very very low, again not looked at for years, now replaced also new cooling pipes fitted. Gearbox is next as it too needs new oil as it’s hard to get gears when cold, probably wrong oil in it too. Car has very very heavy steering, suspect not serviced for years again, another job todo, but did find new rubbers on steering column but bolts not done up correctly , found loose. DANGEROUS battery not secured property easily sorted. Found clogged fuel filter, easily sorted but doing this showed that the tune up was not correct. Oil light comes on now and again, this might be an easy job , But car sound ok, a bit tapped noise when hot, another job to be done They have offered to buy the car back, but reading other reviews, I’m not giving them the chance, I’ll get it all sorted over time This car was DANGEROUS, and how did it pass an mot And how can any car dealer have the guts to sell cars in this state, when they have charged top money for it I know they payed just over 4K for it at auction in December, I found this After I brought it. I payed nearly 6k for it, these faults should have been sorted, But they never bothered with it, OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET I have spent a lot on it just to get it safe, when it should have been when sold I know it’s an old car and I did not expect a perfect car, and it would need work, but I did not expect a DANGEROUS car for top money, just a good one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER, YOU WILL END UP PAYING WELL OVER WHAT THE CAR IS WORTH, PLUS IT WILL NOT BE SAFE TO DRIVE UNTILL YOU GET SORTED YOURSELF, AND ALL THERE INTERESTED IN IS MONEY , THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOU AFTER YOU HAVE GOT THE CAR STAY AWAY BUYER BEWERE ITS YOUR MONEY AND ITS YOUR CHOISE. I FOR ONE WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN VERY BAD DEALER, BUT NOT BAD PEAPLE, BUT ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY

Hi I do think after reading reviews that this is your normal standard, Yes the car had an m.o.t, but leaking brake master cylinder , bad contaminated brake fluid, Broken brake calipers nipple, wrong brake shoes on the rear, tells me you had not looked at the car Before selling it again at a huge markup, you payed under 4K for it and sold it to me at 6.5k And you did not even change its oil and oil filter, you did no dealer prep on the car apart from wash it and hover it out. I did not expect a perfect car due to its age,but I did expect a safe one. Just because it had an M.O.T DOES NOT mean the car is safe, it means it was safe on the day of m.o.t Oh for got about the weeping fuel tank £800 to fix , and how about the steering nukle that the m.o.t picked up U did not make any attempt on changing that. I did inform you about the big problems, but the response was very poor and that’s why I posted the review And now your reply just goes to show others that what you sell and your customer service are of a very low high standard.
Q. What do you want from a classic car dealer? A. An honest appraisal of the car you are interested in. No pushy sales patter just a fair price and the mutual appreciation of owning an old car and everything that goes with it. Martin and James are experienced and both motor enthusiasts, What more could you want when buying your dream motor - flowers on delivery? Forget it, you drive away with a big smile instead. 😁

The day after I first phoned them, I took my car to them to sell on my behalf. I was pleased with the price they suggested. James took me to the station to catch a train home. The ads they created were superb and the photos showed my car off to the best advantage. I was told my detailed service history would be a great help as a selling point. A week later I missed my car too much! I decided to take it back! I was treated with such understanding and made to feel under no obligation to continue with my first intentions. When I went to collect it, I fell in love with my classic all over again. When I die, I want it to be sold by M&M Automotive, but until then I will remain the proud owner. My car was valeted and made to look better than I’d ever seen it before. It shone like new and they even cleaned my engine, rolling back the years to make it immaculate! I was so relieved no one had bought it before I changed my mind. I could never imagine a better experience than meeting and interacting with my new friends, James and Max. I wish them every success in their business. I heard of them by word of mouth and will tell all I meet about their superb customer service and friendliness. Seeing their showrooms took me back to the 50s, the days of my childhood. That alone was worth the visit.

I have just purchased a Triumph TR6 from M M Automotive, I purchased the car without seeing it because of Coronavirus!
