M & M Automotive are utter timewasters. We had a very clear arrangement over the phone to view a car in the morning. We drove 200 miles to find nobody in the premises, nobody would answer the phone after calling on 3 different numbers. Very poor.
Very helpful and polite salesman. I wouldn't fault the garage, it's probably one of the best non manufactuer dealerships I've been too. The vehicle i purchased from there was one they don't normally specialise in. When i arrived to collect my Ford Fiesta Zetec S 2009 there were 2-3 extremely minor faults however I can't complain as this was reflected in the price. A week after purchasing the vehicle I had two things go wrong, which likely went unoticed by the dealership (boot mechanism and the fan relay). Unfortunately these were not covered under the warranty and the vehicle was sold with break pads which were 80% worn.
