Martin and James have been incredibly good. always quick to respond to questions, helpful and not pushy. we had an independent survey and it pretty much echoed their opinion. all through transaction they were patient and supportive, and continue to be. they go the extra mile. we don't buy cars often, but would go back and recommend their stock and service.

Have just had the car delivered, very helpful and careful delivery driver, I inspected the car, but was not able to test drive, as weather was so bad, but decided to buy anyway, have not been able to test the car as yet owing to the Corona Virus, but she starts and sounds excellent. The car is as described, as we all know, a classic is rarely perfect, and this car still needs some TLC, but I am very pleased. I found M&M communication to be excellent, always replying to my emails

M & M Automotive were very polite and good service with my part exchange, though delivery for my new car has taken longer than I expected.

I bought a 1965 ford mustang from M & M Automotive and the service they gave me after a few totally unexpected little problems was brilliant everything was sorted with no quibbles and the car now drives like a dream. I have nothing but praise for the service I received from them I would certainly use them again.

The car Martin sold me was exactly what I expected it to be and as described in the advertisement. I was not put under any pressure at all they were prepared to see me at short notice and had the car ready for my inspection and test drive. I took most of the morning to inspect drive and negotiate a sale agreement. The car was held available for me for around 2 weeks whilst funding was organised and I found Martin to be very patient, they also were very helpful in assisting me in the sale of one of my other cars. The car was delivered to my home again at short notice and was in fact early. The car has since been driven locally in order to find any points that may need attention which I expect from any classic car especially one which is nearly 90 years old, from my experience of owning and running classic cars there is always something to be done even when everything has been done. I will be driving this car without concern fully loaded with 2 people and luggage over 250 miles within the next 3 weeks.

Wrote a review for this company re:- 1950 Daimler last year, this review still stands as I knew what I was buying when I bought it. However Martin told me if I ever wanted to change the car with him he would be open for a deal, l'm no nugget and have dealt with cars all my life. I know roughly profit margins and wriggle room in each car bought and sold, so when you give 13K which was well over what it was worth ( wife loved the car as it was like the one we were married in) and you try to do a deal on a car 15K, the last thing you expect is a joke offer of 5K cash and we can do a deal. Well no we F@&£ing can't Martin, you are not an hounerable man and anyone dealing with you should take what you say with a pinch of salt. If you buy from this company go in with eyes open, and if part of his sales patter is "if you want to change it we can do a deal" laugh in his face.

I bought a TR6 from Martin, and I am delighted with it. Martin was easy to deal with, and there was no pressure sales pitch. I looked at the car on-line, then got a friend who lives in the area to check it out in more detail for me. I decided to buy the car and travelled from Scotland to collect it in person and drive it home. I was given total freedom to thoroughly look the car over before concluding the deal. The car never faltered on the long journey North. Big smiles !!!!!

Where do I start ? Oh yeah do yourself a favour and don't get involved , with this "Mickey Mouse" outfit ! Spoke extensively with owner of M & M Automotive, by both email & phone calls/texts . A deal was agreed of ie :- My 2 modern immaculate Jaguars , in exchange for a so called "Immaculate 1969 Rover 2000" and £850 Payed to myself. Come the 11th hour , owner says because he wasn't in the office , when he calculated the deal , he had miscalculated and couldn't honour the deal ! In point of fact , it turns out , he was at a party and had been drinking !! Also by his own admission he is "numerically dyslexic" . A new deal is finally agreed , whereby he delivers the Rover and collects my 2 Jaguars with no cash payment to myself . Said Rover arrived this morning on a truck , set up resembled that which was attending a "Banger Race" !! The Rover looking like it should be entered in one !! It hadn't even been cleaned !! My other half looked around car with me and like myself , couldn't believe it was the same car , detailed in the advert !! As for the alleged "Respray" in year 2000 …. I've had painters do better job with a roller !! There were body panels not fitting properly and with more ripples than a "Raspberry Ice cream" The Rover was promptly sent away . Thank god I didn't pay for delivery "Upfront" as requested !! This car is not an appreciating classic ! At best it's a Project Restoration ! One trip away from the scrapyard ! I will compliment M&M on 2 counts 1 very clever photography and 2 very clever wording... normally called "Bullshit"! I was so convinced by these guys , I stupidly ordered a set of age related number plates and a workshop manual totalling £57.00 but the financial sting could of been a lot worse !!!
