I purchased a car and from day one had issues, no service history and fake MOT documentation, how they are allowed to operate as a business I shall never know. The car was completely faulty and was proven by external diagnostic reports, with issues all over the car, they have no mechanics on site, I took the car back 10 times in two months with problems for them to tell me the issue which turned out to not be the issue! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY!

He sold me a faulty car with a long list of problems I had the car for a healthy check because the engine light went on With the most dangerous condition COMBUSTION MISSFIFE CYLINDER And lots of other defects without mentioning them Refused to take accountability

Ibought our first used car from the dealer , We were served by friendly staff. We explained in start that we know nothing about cars and we need expert advice. We were advised car has no issues and they would highly recommend the car, fuel tank was almost full,excellent interior condition, Ididnot have any problem on wayback home happy to recommend

Bought my second car off these company a few weeks ago and I realy can't recommend them highly enough. I bought my first one in 2017 and drove it over 60,000 miles and thought it's time to get it changed. It seems they moved sites since then and their company expanded over the years. Bought a car for my mother-in-law for Xmas from M5 Auto when asked for the service history they couldn't provide it, so when I got back with the car sent it to an AA garage to be serviced and checked. The garage came back with a long list of issues wrong with the car that require doing as a matter of urgency, they are refusing to carry out any of the works, so am taking it up with the citizens advice because businesses like this should be shut down in this day and age it is giving the car industry a bad name
