Very pleased with my fiat from Mangoletsi, just a shame it had to go back as car hadn’t had special paint treatment and also hadn’t been cleaned to a high standard. The lady who deals with the handover of cars was absolutely brilliant, really helpful and friendly so impressed with her, nothing was too much trouble she was an absolute star

Showing adverts with no intention of selling at that price, forced extra's and charging more than the manufactures charge, waste of time, buyer beware!!

This is not a complaint about Mangoletsi but a member of staff.A year ago I picked up my new Motability Jeep.As I am disabled I was happy to be told by the salesman that it was 4 wheel drive and that no switches or dials were to be used,it would just kick-in with any sign of ice.This was a great selling point and clinched the deal. We were so impressed that we told a friend of ours and within a month he was driving a white one to complement our black one!! Last week we took it for a service and mentioned the 4x4, in passing, to Bryan. We were astonished when he told us that our Jeep model did not have the 4x4 feature!! As you could guess,we were not very impressed at all.Seems to me that Jamie told us a "commission" lie.We had obviously told our friend to ask for Jamie as we were very pleased with his service. Basically he has sold 2 vehicles on the strength of that lie. 2 lies plus 2 sales adds up to 2 lots of commission!!!The DS3 that we traded in for the Jeep had better road holding and that had 17" low profiles.

I was put in touch with Mangoletsi via carwow as my local fiat dealer couldn't (or wouldn't) help. Gary has been absolutely fabulous and I cannot thank him enough for finding my new car and even delivering it my place of work. From my initial contact to receiving my fiat 500 it has been a total of 8 days. Thanks Gary - you deserve the 5 stars!

Lets be clear here. If I could have given no stars, I would! This issue goes back a couple of years, but as we have just had to pay a further £1,500 which makes a total of over £2,000 in two years, in keeping this used Mito on the road, it has reared it's ugly head again. Poor, unprofessional, rude salesman, gave incorrect information during sales process, didn't know the company policy, no customer skills whatsoever unless you include winding people up! As you can see from above - very poor deal on what has proved to be a heap of a car! Gave back word on promise 'approved used' saying it didn't qualify after deposit paid. Had to fight them for everything. Delays on delivering car, using every excuse in the book, and had to make many phone calls. Very unprofessional. Should have walked away from this one. More fool me. Won't go near again, and will recommend to others, to steer clear!

I was reeled in with a deal not to miss by Mangoletsi Knutsford. I didn't want a new car or finance but ended up with both. The deal seemed great so I went along with it. As the days passed the deal kept changing and looked less and less appealing. The salesmanship was unprofessional and he made elementary mistakes about specifications of cars. Wouldn't go near them again.

I have a 2014 Giuietta which has a sound problem on the audio system. I booked the car in to be checked.The car is within warranty and bought from Mangoletsi.. On arrival I was informed that if the diagnostic check found nothing I would have to pay £45, this was not mentioned when I booked the car in. Considering that Mangoletsi are the Alfa agents and the car is under warranty I am disgusted that they expect the customer to pay for their in ability to find a fault. Needless to say I won't consider dealing with them again and certainly would not recommend them. This is not what I would call Customer Service!

From the opening line of the 'salesman' when we first sat down "We operate like any car warehouse, we only make a couple hundred pounds on each car..", to the fact that he wanted to 'test drive' the car we were considering part-ex-ing before allowing us to even look at the cars we were interested in, to spending more time on trying to knock down the price on the potential trade-in than actually treating us like customers and understanding what we actually wanted left my wife and I feeling that we were very much in their 'sausage sales machine'. They do have some nice cars but unless you go expecting the same experience you'll do what we did and walk away. Avoid.
