The dealers here lie about their vehicles, tell you anything to get you to purchase even if that includes lying and leaving out vital information. They have taken advantage of vulnerable customers with disabilities, leaving them with vehicles they cannot drive and then avoid all responsibility for their lies, deceit and disgusting behaviour. These dealers should be being investigated. If I could stop anyone going through what I've been through I would. There are plenty of honest car dealers who will not lie, so go elsewhere and avoid this dealership AT ALL COSTS.

Fraser Hudson MD saved the day.... all the managers & advisors in his business had 4 weeks to address a small issue of a second key....No one took ownership but promised a lot. Sadly i had to call the MD Fraser who dealt with it within 10 minutes. All i wanted was some honesty from people & it took a call to the MD to get it. The sales process was simple & the car delivered as described, so had no issues at all. What a pity that all that was about to go down the pan had the MD not got involved, something i am sure he did not mind doing but should not have had to with so many highly paid people around him...

emailed em 3 times, spoke to online chat and booked a call to buy a car with part ex, still no call back.... Won't waste my time, if they can't be bothered to clall you what the hell would their aftersales be like!! I can see why they have such low feedback, I should have checked first

From picking up our used car from mangoletsi in Knutsford I noticed that the tank had so little petrol I could barely get back to Macclesfield. Nice. No car manual was supplied with the car and despite calling them and speaking to personnel in Knutsford multiple times, where they promised it would be sent I have never recieved it. I included servicing and an expensive extended warranty. This I think is sub contracted to a third party. I would strongly advise you to read fully all the documents, contracts detail etc. around this. If there is a fault and the fault turns out not to be covered under the warranty you will be charged for the exploratory work, not cheap. They do a full service before they sell you a used car but if you discover any issues with the car take it back immediately after purchase otherwise you may be stuck with the above regarding the payment for exploring the problem and to see if it is covered under the sub conttracted warranty. Even things covered by the warranty they can't seem to fix during the service as they have no parts or time to fix it so you need to book in for another appointment even when you told them what the problem was before the service. They don't like you complaining either, it's very much do you want me to help or not type attitude.

Got a brand new Stelvio 4 weeks ago from Mangoletsi Knutsford, called in today due to a hose that had come loose from the windscreen washer fluid. Due to the conditions & salt on the roads I’m struggling to see out of windscreen, they couldn’t see to it whilst I waited so had to take to an independent garage. Crappy service for literally a 10-15 minute repair!!!

The unfortunate reality is that if you purchase a car through Mangoletsi in Knutsford you are soon going to have to contact their woeful aftersales and service team. You will recieve great service during the purchase process and when I purchased mine I really wanted to give them a chance despite what other reviews and peoples' previous experiences said. This was an error on my part and I would strongly encourage anyone buying a car to think twice about going through Mangoletsi and steer well clear of them to avoid the high likelihood of headaches down the road (literally and metaphorically!!!!) Because of the poor service I ended up voluntarily terminating my agreement at the first possible opportunity to get out of it.

During the course of my business (buying used cars for retail) I visit many main dealers throughout the country collecting vehicles myself. 1st of Aug 2019- I entered the showroom and approached a desk straight in front of the door at the center of the showroom where a middle aged grey man with glasses was sitting staring at a computer screen. The usual reaction I get is that the 1st person I encounter acknowledges me and and asks how they can assist, before I get the chance to say anything. This guy, who was facing in my direction, did nothing, didn't speak, didn't look..... completely blanked me. I thought ....this visit is going to be interesting and continued to wait for a reaction.....nothing. I pulled out paperwork for a vehicle I was collecting, still nothing - as if I was not there. Due to his ignorance, I decided to wait directly in front of him for a response. After at least 5 mins. his colleague spoke and contacted the person I needed to speak to . Still no response from the 1st guy. I am at a complete loss as to what his role is but he did nothing but stare at the computer screen during the 20 mins I was in the showroom. The owners of this business need to take a look at how things run here, get a mystery shopper in or just speak to your customers. You can halve the number of staff roaming around and would probably not miss them. I employ 4 staff myself and I am surprised that some places still allow their staff to behave in this way, and why would they want to behave like this?? In a way I am pleased to see that some main agents still operate in this way as they drive many customers away.... into the more welcoming environments of independent dealers.

Just don't do it! see all the negative reviews...bought a new Abarth Spider in April 2019...assured that the car had sat nav....not the case when I came to pick it up- it was sat nav enabled but had no SD card. Spent 2 hours trying to negotiate and when I threatened to walk away the 'manager' wrote that an SD card for my sat nav would be sent in the post...this eventually arrived after 6 weeks after 5 reminders....problem solved! Not quite this is Mangoletsi after all! The SD didn't work so I sent it back....still waiting for a replacement that works 3 months after purchasing the car! On the plus side, the car is fantastic! Have informed the leasing company about the 'excellent' service I received!

I drove down from Perth to pick up my new car,yesterday. Jamie and Victoria were extremely helpful and professional. The car was prepared to a very high standard,and I am very happy with the overall deal. I would definitely deal with Mangoletsi Knutsford again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to a friend / family member. Keep up the ( very ) good work guys !!
