Got approved for finance or so I thought. Explained didn't want to waste my time travelling if not approved, told that's why they approve you before hand. Travel 1 hour with all relevant documents then told the finance company is taken there time and to go away and will phone. So much for driving away same day. No phone call so phone 5 hours later to be informed the finance company has declined my application. Complete waste of a morning off work for Mark Andrews used cars to mess be about. Avoid at all costs waste of time.

Alan , I'm sorry that you are not happy with the service provided by ourselves , to clarify though once you applied with us and were contacted by a member of my team you were informed that your application is approved in principle subject to the correct documentation and proof of income that lenders require a per the amount you disclosed to us at the time of your application. Upon you're visit to our site this is then checked and verified by lenders as by law you have to be able to show income and affordability under terms of responsible lending on this occasion the lender has decided that they would not be comfortable to lend based on that information. We can only apologise you felt you had a wasted journey but as for being declined over proofs that is over and above anything that we can do. Mark Andrews Used Cars

l agree Tracy this company lie to you like salesmen do l went up to Nuneaton to look and buy a Dodge Avenger that they supposedly got in there showroom, got fobbed off when l got there in being told somebody had just piped me to it ....laughable so l said can l see the other 2 you've got in stock to be told they have gone as well then got pressurised for 4 hrs into buying a more expensive car paperwork done and shoved in your hand given keys no test drive not even cleaned, l found they fob you off and get you to have a dearer car on finance after showing you shitty cars that look shabby and uncleaned took £500 pound deposit off me plus my car which was worth over £800 pound as part ex then baffled me with a we buy for £10 then your finance payments will be cheaper. Got home still confused on how i ended up with this deal then got the news that there was a death in my family and l am having to pay for his funeral as he did not have any cover so i am having to get finance to bury him . Told the finance people and they apparently spoke to them but mark andrews cars wont take the car back, even though the finance company cancelled the direct debit when they told them of my situation so finance company want me to set up direct debit again...NO CHANCE..l am going to drop the car off at Nuneaton with all original docs but if they wont give me back my original car back so i can get back home then it will sit in my drive until someone picks it u, l only had the car 2 days before l told them of my situation lady from finance was ok but not sure if they work together Anyway they are having the car back and can take me to court as l will fight it ..NO COMPASSION WHAT SO EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE .I will be contacting trading standards over this as well.

I am very pleased with the Fiat Punto I bought for my son. It made him really happy and it's great that he got to have his first car one that is really safe. Buying a cheap car might seem better but you have to think of safety, especially with inexperienced drivers. The price was great and so was the car so I took the time to give them my feedback.

I purchaaed my car from mark andrews march 2016 zak mann was so helpful to me he his a credit to your company i do think the showroom could do with been nicer when you walk in and have a receptionist on a desk to greet you when entering the building my car was spotless inside.and also an important factor is keeping to appointment times you have with them and dealing with one customer at a time if you collect the car and you need to look over it the salesman should come with you to view the car make sure you are happy not go to another customer trying to sell a car because you has customers have gave them business so one customer at a time please from start to finish.

Although you pay more for the vehicle, these guys have to do a forecast on bad credit, understandable, I purchased a Suzuki swift which has never given me any problems at all, very reliable and when I received the car it was immaculate ! So, they give you the benefit of a doubt, unlike the banks and other credit brokers, that's all we need is a second chance to build your credit history too! Thanks Mark good luck.

Give this company a massive wide birth, I went and fetched my vauxhall insignia on Monday the 15th Feb looked over car found scratches down wing which wasn't in description but they said they would get it done. Drove the car from Mark andrews Wednesbury to my place of work in cannock when notice a noise to which my mechanic told me It was my thrush baring, so I phoned mark andrews and they wanted me to drop the car back to there prep centre which was in bilston, so I did and with half a tank of diesel in. So after 2 days of me constantly phoning being fobbed off and put on hold and all the we will call you backs that I could handle I eventually got a call back on the Thursday afternoon sayin yeh you car got dropped back to us Wednesday night its all done you can collect it....so I went all the way back to them got my keys got in the car no diesel????? So obvs I went back in there to question it and no-one had an answer for me but credit where credit is due the manager gave me £30 ro put in my tank but where my fuel went is a mystery. Well I did the drive back to work only to hear the noise agen so obvs the work hadn't been done and to top it off my mechanic informed after closer inspection my turbo had gone, so I phones them back and yet again no answers for me they want me lol yes me again to take it back to there prep centre to which I said no then they wanted me to take it to another one of there garages to which I said no.to cut and already long story shorter I gave the car back last Monday and as per still haven't got a clue what's going on waiting for them to pay the finance company back so I can't go to a good repertable dealer but getting fobbed off and getting nowhere....so Yeh don't even waste one 1 minute of your time and life with this company.

I found the whole experience very awkward. The building is shabby. My brother and I went along to look for cars, we saw some really nice cars on the internet but when you get there the actual stock is very poor. Our initial conversations with a salesmen didn't give us much confidence that we were ever going to buy a car from this place. My brother just wanted to leave as soon as we got there.

Bought my new car 2 days ago. Got given 1 key for it which had a dead battery so had to go straight to ford to buy one so I could lock the car. Received an email today saying I have to go into branch (3 hours drive each way for me) so I can re sign documents. Not very happy at this as I can't take time off work easily and it's a full day out to go to branch for me and I have no holiday entitlement until March so it will also be a loss of a days wage for me. Car is lovely and price is okay. Sales man was helpful and staff friendly. Just could do with better management with customers who are travelling long to distance to them.

Great service from all staff in involved . Took car in for mot and repairs , had courtesy call when the car was ready . Car was in perfect working order and had been Valeted a much appreciated suprise.

23/01/2016 I have now just about calm down, Mark Andrews sales guy I will not say word about, customer service they want to please. Today I was going to collect a BMW 320D REG MF11 @@@ Grey, 69K on arriving I can only described the vehicle as blue with 75K, after looking round the car we then realised the REG was YG11 @@@...........not the car I had signed for, basically totally the wrong car and spec i expected and not very clean. I would loved to know where MF11 actually is?????? Unfortunately after looking at other comments this seems to be very common I had insured the vehicle MF11 which has now cost me £55 to cancel. I will say the manager is a total arrogant so and so, no apology, when challenged about the colour (I had only seen a picture) his words was "it may of been a library picture" and "its the head office's fault", so when asked how can you get the reg wrong.........nothing, couldn't really argue. All I would say is if the car is not at the show room don't buy from Mark Andrews as you may end up with a wheel barrow which will be very over priced (what ever your financial circumstances are)............oh and watch out for the P/X option this a way of getting more money out of you, no need to explain I'm sure others have had similar experiences and have stories to tell. Oh Well Mark Andrews you will not be seeing me in your showroom again and I will make sure none of my family and friends or anybody else sets foot in what I can only say through my shocking experience today, that its got to be the worst cars sales showroom I have ever been in.

I just bought my second car from here. My previous experience was that sales people were doing 9 - 5 job but this time we had a better experience. Sales staff were extremely helpful and caring. I am delighted with the my new car and would definitely recommend them.
