Excellent service all round. Came in Saturday and drove away my fantastic Punto on Sunday. I couldn't believe how cheap it was for what I was getting.

What an awful place! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY went to part ex our car as we'd had it 6 years and wanted a more 'family car' as we'd had a new baby! They've got the gift of the gab if nothing else! We couldn't pick what car we wanted apparently you can only have certain cars for certain criteria! So we had an MG6, car looked decent was told 12 months mot and sny problems in 12 months then they'd repair them! Part exed our Audi a3 for £1500 to then realise when we got home that they had only put £500!! An then added an extra £2000 to the finance agreement!!! THEN the car had less than 6 months mot, had 3 bald tyres! An they let us drive off the car park with a baby in the car!! Then trying to get this sorted was a joke!! Manager was rude and had nothing but attitude telling me he'd see me in court!! 6 months later car finally got moted due to partner threatening court and trading standards! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ELSE YOULL HAVE A VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE JUST LIKE US!!!!

After sales is appalling, after having head gasket repaired once and given a 12 month guarantee on it only for the problem to reoccur, after several attempts to contact them we were ignored fobbed off and left on hold on the phone as they do not have the decency to honour their guarantee......guarantee obviously not worth the paper it's written on!!!!

I got my car on the day before my wedding in September last year, the service provided by them were excellent, was in and away with a car within 1 hour and 30 minutes, and they even took £50 deposit off as a good will gesture as I were about to get married, I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to obtain finance on decent reliable used cars, using mark Andrews has changed my life, I can now get around places I couldn't before. I dealt with Mark Andrews Used Cars with no problems. They gave me a very professional service and was informed on how everything was processed from start to finish so it was all very straight forward. Excellent service all round, and most importantly, I got the exact car I wanted.

I purchased a car back in August 2014 and they were still trying to sell the car talking to people on Facebook, even though I told them I was driving from Wales and not to let anyone have it. When I got there the car was in good condition apart from a few scratches but they made no attempt to wash it. Its only because I could see it was a good car I had it. Part of the deal was that they replaced the broken drivers side wing mirror...I chased it for over a year, they kept blaming Carl the guy from the garage downstairs which everytime I spoke he knew nothing about it. When they finally sent me the mirror they clearly didn't do their job properly as the mirror was a dull grey colour and the car is black with colour coded mirrors... and still 18 months on its still not solved, what a surprise.

Partner spoke to a sales man called Ian 16/12/2015. Was looking at finance on an Audi A3 and a Seat Leon. After answering a few questions about income etc which Ian was asking my partner. With the outcome my partner gave off are financial income, Ian then turned round to my partner and said "your expecting me to give you an Audi or a Seat with that income, what world are you from". After hearing this response from what my partner told me I then rang up and Ian who sounds like a typical salesman.

Drove 4 hours to pick up the car I had agreed to buy. All paperwork done and they had been sent everything they asked for. Got to what can only be described as a part furnished shoddy old garage with 20 cars maximum on the forecourt. None of which were priced and the website states 350 cars for sale? I was told that the car I had agreed to buy had been sold and they went on to say they would source it from another site which would take 7-10 days or check the forecourt for something else. First car BMW 1 series looked ok but on closer inspection alloys corroded and the inside of the car was disgusting. Rubbish communication between staff. Very disappointed.
