I purchased a Renault Clio from Mark Andrews after having poor credit and stupidly thought this was the answer. Initially they couldn't be more helpful when I was signing the paperwork etc. A week after having the car the belts and tensioner went, then the breaks, wheel bearing and ball joint, the exhaust was also rotten. After trying to contact them numerous times they finally agreed to fix the problems. They had my car for 2 days and claimed it had gone to a Renault specialist. When I collected the car NO work had been carried out and my car had been parked on Aldi car park in Moxely the whole time. I finally confronted mark the owner\\ manager whoever the hell he is, he was vile and intimidating and started shouting at me in my face whilst I was holding my 10 month old son! I told him I would be seeing him in court. After threats of court they finally agreed to give my car a fresh 12 months MOT and surprise surprise it failed on 3 DANGEROUS Faults! Don't know how Mark sleeps at night. Please avoid at all costs.

I purchased a BMW 520d from these guys. I originally signed up for a 530d m sport however when the 520 arrived they told me they thought this was the car I ordered. We had that many issues with this garage we took the 520 however. We arranged to pick the car up on the Thursday at 5pm because "the car was in for a mot", no mot certificate was supplied and I Was told it would be sent out to me. A few days passed and no post from Mark Andrews Used Cars, so I checked DVLA website and surprise surprise the car has less than 7 months mot. I have tried to contact the garage to get this sorted and they don't return calls or texts. I have now reported Mark Andrews Used Cars to trading standards.

Bought a BMW 3 series from Mark Andrews Used Cars and within 5 months the timing chain broke and will now cost me 5k to fix. After sales never call back so this is now with the financial ombudsman, avoid Mark Andrews Used Cars at all costs.

Collected our second car from Mark Andrews Used Cars in Wednesbury this weekend, a very pleasant experience from start to finish, staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful and the finance package which we were approved for was explained clearly. would definitely recommend to anyone and we will be going back to Mark Andrews in the future. thank you
