we have tried several places to get a car but no such luck finally got a call from ma car group and they said yes we was there about 3 hours but in the end we drove away with a car so happy big thumbs up to ma car group

Good and friendly service at Mark Andrews Group. I needed a chance to rebuild my credit and these guys gave me just that. Got a new car which is ideal for my needs, thanks for the help guys. Had to wait for it to be valeted but i was ok with that.

Got car finance after being turned down by everyone else, they made me feel welcome and to be fair I ended up driving away on the day. Would have gave more stars but the showroom was cold.

Mark Andrews Used Cars are horrible people to deal with quick enough to take your money but when you have a problem with the car they couldn't care less and talk to you like something you would scrape off the bottom of your shoe I reported them to trading standards they shouldn't be allowed to treat customers like this its disgusting somebody should stand up to them.

What a great team at MA Car Group, I never thought i stood a chance of getting finance as I have a patchy history with credit to say the least. I went out on a whim and applied to these guys after seeing them on facebook saying they can help with poor credit. A guy called Neil phoned me the next morning to confirm my details he was great and very understanding about my past. he managed to get me approved so i was over the moon and went down a couple of days later to see them in walsall. I was greeted with a smile and a cup of coffee!! we sat down and discussed my needs and more importantly my budget. Neil found me the ideal car a lovely Ford Focus estate for less than i wanted to spend. within a couple of hours everything was done and i was driving home with my new car and a huge smile ! Thanks Again Neil i'll certainly be returning when im ready to upgrade and will be recommending you to anyone I know that needs a new car.

I have been searching for a while to find some one who will accept me and finally found Mark Andrews car centre i was invited down to there site and within 2 hours i was driving away with my new car and every question was answer and 100% will be returning to get my next car from then!! i have even recommend my friends and family to get a car from them already thank you mark andrews

Just a quick thank you to Mark Andrews Used Cars for my Mondeo great car and just what our family needed we were dealt with by a fella called Neil he has go to be the happiest guy on the planet he never stops smiling. Good communication and a good car i had the AA attend site to check the car over and it came back with a clean bill of health. Once again thank you neil.

Well dont know where to start other than DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! i have been dealing with them for abit now and at the start they were fine cars were below average always something cosmetically wrong with them but because i have bad credit i had to use them. Recently changed my car to an 02 blue beetle and was charged £72 a week! but this inc tax and valid MOT or so i thought........The engine management light came on after a week and i told nathan the so called manager and he said it was probably the electrics and to ignore it..anyway fast forward a month and .he text me on the wed and told me to bring the car down the next day (they are wallsall im in derby) as the MOT was due i said i cant im working and i cant afford to drive down till next week, asked when the MOT was expiring just so i knew what the deadline was. I was ignored by nathan even though i could see he had read my messages i said i could bring it down at the weekend if my payment for the week was lowered and again i was ignored. Anyway i wasnt getting anywhere with nathan so went on to the dvla website and it my total dismay the car hadnt been taxed it had expired on the 31st MARCH! so i had only had the car 2 months so they sold the car to me with no tax, to make matters worse the MOT had expired 5 days earlier (the day after he text me) so i had been driving around for 3 months with no tax and then eventually no MOT i have a child so i was putting myself and other road users at risk. I contacted nathan who ignored me again i asked for the director marks email address and was given a complaints email address and mark might be in at some point to read it maybe not. so in the meantime i was looking for another company and i was told by nathan who finally answered my call that i still had to pay even though it had no tax or MOT!!!!! so its now wed 13th june and they have come to collect the car to do a MOT and to tax it and i text nathan to say keep it, i cant belive you let me drive around with no tax or mot when i have a child....and i will be taking it further...and surprise surprise no reply from nathan. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
