Massive 10/10 from me,purchased my Citroen Ds3 last week from you guys and I would highly recommend them,kept me updated on a repair alloy that I wanted tidying up and juggled this around for me to collect the day I wanted it,nice full tank of petrol and a full valet not that I will be buying another car for awhile because I love my Ds3,but when I do I will most definitely come and see you,Keep up the good work!massive thumbs up from me
A lady asked on Facebook about the company and I replied check on Google reviews, a couple of people I know have used them and had bad experiances, well they deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting. If you can't take criticism or someone giving general answers your not a good company, there's cars are nice there team are liars to get you into the showrooms as they did with my friend who I was with at the time and then they don't have the car advertised and try sell you a completely different one for example he wanted a range rover that apparently didn't have it the day he went and tried selling him a Mercedes coupe when he said he wanted a range rover. There after care is terrible. I would avoid. See I didn't out that on Facebook as didn't want to sound harsh on there page so I'll put the truth on a real review page.
After reading the reviews below i didn't think i stood much chance of getting my car sorted especially since i have had the car for nearly 4 months now, but i could not have been more wrong i rang in and spoke to a guy called Paul who transferred me straight through to the after sales department were i spoke to a lovely lady called Ellie who informed me they were unable to get me in the same day but however could get me in the following morning to take a look at the car and find the fault for me. Now for the reason for this review i had a call back from a lady called gill telling me they could get the car in today if i could get the car straight down to them as i'm only local this was no problem. I took my car in and was told it would need to stay with them until the following day as the auto electrician was on site then. They do not have courtesy cars so i was a little stuck on how to get home, problem solved once again i sat down with a cup of tea while i waited for ellie to become free who ran me and my little one back home. The Following day my car was sorted out and because i had no way of getting back to them gill arranged for it to be dropped back to me and i'm pleased to say the issues have gone plus the valeted it for me and it looks stunning. thank you all for the help in sorting this out for me and i hope the driver passed the chocolates to you and he didnt eat them all xxx
Good Morning i just wanted to put a review on here after picking up my new little vauxhall adam ive just got home and i'm surprised i was able to get a car like this after my wife divorced me and left me with nothing but a load of bad debt !!!! (but that's another story). I spoke to Neil the happiest guy on this planet !! (i did not know it was possible to be that happy in a morning) well anyway on Wednesday i sent an application in and received a call off neil who went through all my problems and i have a few !! that were left to me by the dragon of a ex Ccjs and defaults but neil assured me that would not be a problem as these are things he sees and deals with every day, Well he was not wrong as he got me approved before i made the trip down to see him. On site i was welcomed by the reception team and offered a drink as i had travelled just over three hours thanks to the great driving of the people on the m6, Neil took my driving license and other bits and bobs he needed and introduced me to a guy called Steve who was there for my appointment from the finance company. he told me I had a little wait as there was another couple in front of me been served but that was ok as i sat watching the telly. After i had gone through my personal details with Steve he gave Neil all the information which Neil very slowly explained how the credit profile works how enlightening that was finally i could see where i was going wrong well im on my way now to getting rid of my bad debt. Anyway im rambling all in all great car and an absolute pleasure to deal with Neil (if you read this ill be back to see you for my next car cheers mate) kind regards David
After reading the reviews to say i was wary would be an understatement but in fact in my experience i never experienced any of the issues shown below. we had to wait awhile but this was due to the finance company requiring additional proofs from us and having to re check another address. we where only shown cars that fitted inside of what we wanted to spend, we did in fact ask about another car on site a honda civic (and this was the biggest shock for us ) we were advised not to buy the car as it would take us above the budget we had set ourselves of £250 a month which for me works out at £62.50 but the guys on site work it out to £57 per week as they work it out over 4.3 weeks, The car came to me valeted and ready to go it did not have a lot of fuel in it but the fuel station is only over the road so no problem at all with that. so overall im extremely happy. we went in on a Saturday and the place was packed and for a company this big to only have 123 reviews and on the face of it they look bad but hey that's the great British public for you.

Despite all the negative reviews, I just wanted to leave a review to say how happy I was with the whole experience. I was very pleased with the guy who dealt with me (Niall) as he was friendly and very helpful, and I left with a nice little car that I can afford. I would recommend to family and friends who are also in a similar situation as myself.

So where do I begin ... My 1st vehicle off Mark Andrews Used Cars I had to give back after 2 months of driving around with no tax due to their failure of giving me appropriate paperwork to get taxed and lieing telling me was taxed under them in meanwhile. They then gave me a second vehicle which by the way I didn’t have a choice just got told we have such and such car we will drop it to you (clearly just knew I needed vehicle and gave me worst one they had) then also only came with 7 months mot which I’m pretty sure they have to give with 12 months mot. Anyway after 2 weeks of having It i had to call breakdown out to fix , which discovered vehicle had wrong battery and various other problems. Mark Andrews offered to fix these problems, all they did was put correct battery in car. Never fixed other problems, Not even 8 months after this my car has broken down again and breakdown called out , broken engine due to starvation of oil this has been an ongoing problem from day one of having vehicle I’ve been told by breakdown which makes sense as 1st time I called breakdown out one of the problems was thermostat and this can be part of current engine situation starvation of oil. Now I have contacted mark Andrews and spoke to Dave who to be honest his customer service was appalling. His attitude was that is now over the 6 months warranty now and roadside breakdown can be wrong. He also claimed that they do full vehicle “health checks” before putting for sale, to which I asked for full service history to be told he can’t give me - now I want proof of this so called health check that was done because clearly one wasn’t done before I had vehicle otherwise they would have seen it was wrong battery and seen the oil problems but no. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that I’m paying for that I cannot drive and they don’t care. They lie and give you false information to force you into getting a vehicle and even after you have the vehicle they continue lieing to you. I’ve had countless phone calls with them over the 10months and every time they have been rude and customer service appalling. Been told i will have phone call back to be waiting 2 days nothing so I’ve had to call back this has been throughout the 10months. My advice to anyone thinking of using this company - do not do it, they will force you into signing 3/4/5 years of hell with them and finance. Every vehicle by the sounds of this reviews has been dodgy what they’ve sold. They take no shame, attitude is appalling. I have logged a complaint with finance company who will be trying to get this solved for me I have sent both breakdown reports to them and they will be contacting mark Andrews with this complaint due to them selling me a dodgy vehicle. If this doesn’t get solved I will be taking next steps ie contacting trading standards media etc etc I will fight this to my last breathe as they have sold me a dodgy car and don’t give a hoot!! I have never been so angry , how can they treat people like this and get away with it. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Hi, I had exactly the same problem with them. Car broke down after picking it up. They refused to fix it and told me to take it up with the car finance company. They said they would investigate because they have a duty but they messed me about and sided with Mark andrews. I found out that the car finance company was founded by Mark andrews and they are fraud in together. I took the car back to Mark andrews late at night and posted the keys by recorded delivery with a letter to explain. Now they say I owe the £9000 still. Something needs to be done about them
My dad brought a car from Mark Andrews Used Cars, the car engine management light came on whilst they drove home... car was then returned multiple times and it turns out when Nissan looked at the car (which my dad paid for), it was found that they had botched the electrics. The manager care once he has your signature and this has left my dad without a car that works and thousands out of pocket!!!! Please avoid these like the plague!!! Look for unsolicited reviews as they have removed all negative ones from their Facebook group and banned all that write them!!!
don't go near these people. The managers a Shark, this is the reason why all his staff treat everyone so bad. because the owner Mark Andrews don't care about the business he just wants the money. I was pushed in to finance and lied to about many small but important details. so upsetting reading all these reviews and how so many people was treated the same as me. lied to, put on the spot to the finance company and told to lie about having a test drive. I was told I had one year warrantee when i signed the papers it went to 6 months and now its three months. The way the manager spoken to me was violent and insulting. i found out i was having to have a tracker fitted to my car after i brought it. i called to check this was right because id not been told that before. the manager said 'of course your having a tracker you don't pay your bills! i was so insulted as he don't know me and i do pay my bills. they lied about my credit score put me on speaker in front of everyone while the sales man was pulling a pen with my 4 year old. the pen broke an cut his finger open. When i called with problems the next day they wasn't interested and was so verbally abusive i was in tears and knew i has made a massive mistake, I had been told they wouldn't go over 29.9 APR yet they did. i wasn't asked if that was ok before they put me on the phone to the finance company and iv never had finance before so wasn't sure what was going on. Please don't go down there alone if your a lady, The manager/owner is violent and made a point of telling me he knows where i live. all his staff are friends or family so don't expect any of them to care, Id never work for a robbing company like that. You can refuse the car within the first 6 months I'm in this process. call and get advice of the ombudsman He needs shutting down

had car for 3 weeks no log book so cant drive the car. Brakes was faulty wrong calipers on front disc worn front and back brushes have gone .And a few others things oh and turbo not right either .
I took the car to have some repairs done that they said they would do for me a week after having the car such as the speakers not working on the drivers side at all, glove box I have to use a screw driver to pull the things back out so it will shut, handles put on the seats so they could be lifted and lowered safely and a couple of other things....they had the car for 8 hours and only managed to screw two handles on to the back seats in 8 hours no other repairs were done and no explanation was given as to what they had done in that time or anything. Even the back tail light on the drivers side was missing the cover and still is now! I've had to replace the battery on it myself as it must of been changed for a second hand one, but I don't think any of the cars are actually checked over by their "qualified technicians" which FYI I only saw one guy doing anything with the cars and the only thing he seemed to do was wash the cars.
