i was made very welcome, i have had situations in the past where i have encountered pushy sales people, i do not like that at all. But not here, Very refreshing and super helpful. Would highly recommend a visit.

We would like to say a thank you to Will at Marshall`s of Nottingham, the car was on the forecourt, had just come in ,made an appointment. will reassured us that minor scratches and a valet would all be done on the car, which it was, the car looks lovely! There was no hard sell, gave all the information that we needed and if Will, was at all unsure went and checked, we arranged to pick the car at a time and Will was ready and waiting, made us feel at ease, Once again can not fault the service Thank you Will Russell and Wendy kirk

completely rubbish customer service. Reserved a vehicle online which I was later informed he been incorrectly priced on line. It took 3 weeks multiple emails and phone calls to get my deposit back. When the business manager does not know their own procedure are you know the company is incompetent. Stay clear people. They are happy to take your money but getting it back when they mess up is another matter. Utterly incompetent!!!!!!!

We’ve been looking for a Merc GTR for a while now. I spotted one at Marshalls on the web when surfing at 4am. I made an enquiry and expected to hear no more. However Hiten Mistry responded within minutes. Later that day a deal was struck. Very professional and honest.
