Phones 3 times; got cut off after waiting for over 10 minutes on the fist call. 2nd attempt, put on hold and after about 15 minutes I gave up. 3rd attempt, on hold again and then the receptionist come back and taken my number saying that someone would call me back, that was over 3 hours ago. Going elsewhere now, they obviously don’t want my business...

Recently purchased my new Volvo from Marshall’s Volvo Nottingham. Tom G. was my sales Consultant. He was so professional, knowledgable, took a genuine interest in me as a customer. Very easy to talk with. Tom listened to the specifications I was looking for in my new vehicle, his patience was amazing. (I can and am very demanding and difficult needing every little detail) However, from my first enquiry, over the telephone, my visiting the Showroom, too purchasing the vehicle, did I ever feel pressured into my purchase. Tom is truly a Credit to Marshall’s Volvo. Thank you Tom, I love my new vehicle.

Hi, I went into Marshall Volvo Nottingham yesterday 8th June 2019, I'm interested in the new S60 . I was met by a salesman Chris Hazard who was very friendly and quite open. Chris made me feel welcome and was not pushy at any point. I have booked in for a test drive and hopefully looking to make a purchase in the very near future. i got a new Volvo from this dealer and i will tell you about the service! We arrived went into look at the car and they said yes gave us a brief run over of the car, we wrote down some details and then went for a test drive where you get to test all the capability and they are professional and helpful they dont lie and be honest and try and get you the best deal!! I rated this 5 star because they are kind polite and get you the best deal and i will say that my salesman was very helpful, another satisfied customer... ct6
