The dealership took care of everything before I picked up my new car, including fitting new plates, new tyres, and a new battery. I had put down a deposit but wasn't able to take it on a test drive there, and then because I was running out of time, I came down at another time, which they were happy for me to do. After agreeing to take it, they gave the car a fresh service and MOT. When we picked it up, it was spotless, both inside and out. I’ve got no complaints—everything was handled perfectly.

Excellent service from the team. I was able to take the car out on a test drive and everything was sound so I took it and other than the normal running about, it's not been on any long trips. I am going away soon so Ill see how it gets on.

The customer service has been excellent throughout the entire process. They’ve even helped me with transferring my private plates, which was a big help. Jake was my main point of contact, and I’ve got no complaints at all—he was brilliant. The Defender is doing well, and this is actually my second car from here. When the engine management light came on, I took it straight to their mechanic, and they’re sorting it out. What more could you want.

This is my first time owning a Range Rover Sport and I think the transition has been fairly straight forward, nothings over complicated with the car. I've had it for a number of weeks now and it's been spot on.
