We purchased two vehicles from Marshall and Son for our business: a Range Rover Discovery and a Range Rover Vogue. We are having an issue with the Vogue, the front suspension shock absorbers seem to have gone. However, we have it booked in to be checked over and sorted. The Discovery is great, with no issues at all. The whole team at Marshall and Son Motors has been fantastic. They stayed late when we were purchasing, without any complaints. The customer service is top-notch, and everyone is proactive. I was never left waiting to speak to someone. If they didn’t answer, I received a callback immediately. The whole team is proactive and shows great customer care. Very helpful, five stars all the way!

Marshall and Sons Motors went above and beyond-everything was quick and easy, I was able to do a finance application online, and had a video tour of the van, and was even able to have it delivered-it’s the quickest and easiest way I’ve ever brought a new car! Rate 5 and the main reason for this is. The window broke 2 days after buying the vehicle on the Friday afternoon we was going away for Easter and the 2 employees stayed over and made sure the problem was fixed. Many thanks Anthony

So far so good for my Range Rover, I've had no issues with it up to now. The customer service from the salesman was fine, there was no pressure. The only reason for not giving top marks is because the car could have come with a bit more fuel.

Very happy with my Mitsubishi Shogun from Marshall & Son Motors, and I felt like I had great rapport with the team. I've since noticed the back bracket's pulled away from the exhaust slightly, but haven't reported it to the guys as of yet. Based on my experience I'm sure they'll be happy to assist.
