I've had bad luck with car dealerships in the past, but credit where credit's due, Martin Lee & Justin have restored my faith. Good car, great price, RAC warranty and loads of positive reviews - What's not to love? They're even located next to my Aunt;s house so I grabbed a cuppa enroute. I've since had a minor issue with my rear light but the guys fixed it immediately. Can't recommend enough.

I've been burnt in the past but after reading such great reviews online, I plucked up the courage to reach out to Martin Lee Sports & Prestige. The fact they're RAC approved also really helped build my confidence. The team at the dealership are fab, and I love my little Fiat 500. I've had a few minor issues with the car since I've picked it up - the petrol cap's slightly loose, but Darren responded to my email immediately & booked it straight in. I would've awarded a strong 5* if I'd had no issues whatever, but i'll go for a 4* for now.

I've been looking for a Vauxhall Insignia for a little while now. I came across Martin Lee's advertised for a great price on AutoTrader. Darren sent me a walk-around video & the car was in great condition for its age, exactly as advertised. The guys at the dealership couldn’t do enough for me - they even had the car delivered to me in Cumbria which saved myself & my wife a day spent travelling in the car going back & forth. I saw the car advertised on AutoTrader at the right price so gave Martin Lee a call. I was slightly worried as I'm based in Carlisle which is about 300 miles away, but Justin was super helpful and arranged for my Ford Fiesta to be delivered to my door. Delivery was on time & the car was immaculate. I've had a slight issue with the clutch but the guys at Martin Lee Sports & Prestige have sorted it immediately - it goes into the garage next week. which is why I've awarded 4* instead of 5, but I can't fault the guys down at Martin Lee Sports & Prestige. I'll be back, that's for sure! Dom

It was my first time buying a car from this dealership and I did it all online, which was a bit nerve wracking as I didn't see the car for myself. I did everything online when I purchased the van, which is something I have never done before. Once I saw the Citroen Dispatch I could tell that it looked like a good quality van but unfortunately I couldn't get down to visit it so I got in touch with Justin and he was more than helpful. Justin described everything that I needed to know about the van and his communication was fantastic, he always got back to me within a reasonable time. Once I went ahead with the van, we agreed on a date and time for it to be delivered that suited me and it came at the exact point.
