I’ve never done a review before, but for these guys I had to just because they were so amazing, and I was so taken aback by the service. The new Volvo is fabulous, and I am extremely happy with the car. The aftercare is amazing. The customer service is amazing, and they answered all my questions, offered me a test drive and just made me feel very relaxed. There was no pressure, and they went above and beyond the extra mile. They were so incredibly fantastic. I was impatient and wanted the car straight away, so they got it ready for me as quick as possible. I didn’t know they didn’t offer drive away insurance, so I didn’t prepare for this, but they sorted me out anyways. They were such a helpful dealership, no pushiness, no pressure, amazing service with a lovely attitude. Absolutely brilliant service, and immaculately presented cars in the show room.

The service was first rate. I would give it 10 out of 10. Welcoming and friendly. A nice, no pressure testing and buying experience. They went the extra mile to deliver the car. The car was pristine and 100% road ready. Excellent service.

I have loved the car so much when driving it away, and still do now a few weeks later! The service we received was excellent from all the lads, especially Darren. I have told everyone about Martin Lee and I will always use these chaps now as I know I'm getting a good car in working order. I would rate Martin Lee 10/10 if I could for such brilliant service - They don't do the usual pushy salesperson act, they treat you like a person and it shows they care a lot about what they do.

Absolutely love the new R8, definitely a head turner! Never been down to these guys before so wasn’t sure what to expect, but for a first-time visit, I had a great experience and would absolutely come back and recommend them to others. Everything was perfect, there was no pressure, and they gave me the space to have a look at the car and make a decision. Darren was great, he answered all my questions, and the car was fairly priced for what it was, so no complaints from me!

Very transparent dealership who value communication! Had to take the Ford back in to get a minor issue sorted but the guys have been amazing. They’ve been so perfect, constantly updating me, making sure to stay in communication with me and keep me in the loop, so I would return for sure.

Big shoutout to these guys for the new Toyota, it is lovely to drive and very economical. It was my first time heading down to this dealership - I came across them as they had the right car in the right colour, with the right mileage, and right price. Everything was absolutely brilliant, there was no hassle and no pressure, it was a painless sale. The price was very reasonable, and Darren told me all I needed to know about the car, so I was prepped with knowledge well. Absolute 10/10 experience, no doubt about it.

There was no surprises or things that weren’t disclosed to me. My friend recommended them to me, as he is a good customer of theirs who has had quite a few vehicles. Everything with the new VW is as expected. Justin was amazing, no pressure, was a really friendly guy and I couldn’t fault him. We did lots of looking but this was one of the better prices in the market. It was clean and all ready for me to take it, as there’s nothing worse than having to spend hours on end waiting at a dealership! Overall a great experience!

I recently bought a VW Polo from Martin Lee Group and I am over the moon with the car. More importantly my partner is too, as the car is for her. I dealt with Darren (what a proper nice guy) during the sale and he made the process relaxed and enjoyable. Not always words used when buying a car in my experience. We'd been looking for a couple of weeks and found this absolute peach with ridiculously low milage so went for a look. The car was so well presented it looked like it had come straight from the dealer. Had a great chat, a no pressure test drive and Darren even gave me a complimentary bottle of wine for my partner when I mentioned it was her birthday the following day. Seriously, what else could you ask for? Quality car, quality service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy their next car. This is what buying a used car should be like everywhere. Keep up the great work guys.
