I am happy with everything and pretty much satisfied with the experience overall. The car is performing well mechanically, and I'm enjoying driving it. Customer service has been spot on—I couldn't fault them. There was no pressure at any stage, and they were easy to deal with from my initial inquiry through to the handover. I received a fair deal, and as this was my first vehicle I have had from these guys, I found the process smooth. I found the dealership online, and the car was accurately represented by the pictures provided.

I'm still very happy with my experience. The customer service has been brilliant, which is why I chose to return to this dealership. The test drive was straightforward, and the entire process was simple. They explained the paperwork clearly, and I always find myself going back to them because they are so easy to deal with. There was no pressure at any point.

The car has been in the garage to sort out a few issues, but the customer service has been excellent throughout. The garage kept me informed with daily updates, and the service has been great overall. I have no complaints and would give them 5 stars for sure. They know how to look after customers.

Everything is so far so good, haven’t worked out how to work the screen, I’m not that strong with tech. The customer service has been lovely the whole way throughout. Everything went well, they answered all my questions, offered a test drive, explained the car to me. It’s what I had previously, but just a newer version, so takes some time getting used to. There was no pressure and no hassle. We had a look at quite a few cars, and of them picked 3 that were really strong choices. We headed home to make a decision and then let the dealer know which one we wanted as it stood out the most for us. They were very accommodating and prepped everything for when we came down.

Not much to report aside everything is going well and I’m very happy with my Alfa Romeo, definitely a head turner. Found these guys on Autotrader and thought why not give them a chance. Darren was spot on, I usually find customer service with car selling very pushy, but he wasn’t at all, there was no hard selling. He was a very relatable guy, and was the opposite of pressuring, he let me have my breathing space. Handed me the keys and told me to take a look at the car, and to take as much time as I wanted. We went for a test drive, and he answered all my questions. The car was a decent price for what I got, and everything was valeted and spotless. I don’t give anyone a ten but would give them a nine for sure.
