Each time after going through the menu of options to get to sales, after another wait, I have been advised I will have to hold for approx 10 minutes before my call is answered. Visited Mercedes Croydon today as I was considering two different models and wanted to compare. Rarely have I been met with a salesperson less willing to demonstrate the car's features and unwilling to assist in arranging a test drive. Avoid this dealer at all cost, there are better Merc dealers around.

Pretty poor service. I rang Mercedes Croydon 3 times in one morning to be greeted by the usual automated answering service and then listened to music for the best part of 20 minutes each time. Typical poor service from a large company that clearly cannot pay for a decent receptionist.

This is the second time that I have purchased a Mercedes Benz from Mercedes Benz Croydon in the last six months. On both occasions the staff have been extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. The Business Manager William was the personification of professionalism. He arranged for me to road test a C63s, I loved the car so much that I purchased a used example literally just days after the test drive from their Croydon dealership. He along with his sales colleague David could not have made the transaction any more seamless, I spent the best part of £50k in what seemed like a matter of minutes, and then found myself thanking them profusely for their kindness.
