I recently purchased a car for my son's birthday in a couple of weeks, its a surprise, so he doesn't know about the car yet. He is going to be made up with it. Its a Volkswagen Polo, and it's in great condition, very fair price and Gareth at Mercia Motors, was fantastic. I went to view the car and Gareth handed me the keys, told me to have a look around it, ask any questions. He didn't apply any pressure or hard-selling (I would have left as soon as this happened). Very pleased with the service provided. I can't wait for my son to see his first car! Thanks to Mercia Motors for sorting me out a great deal, on a great car.

Recently purchased an Audi TT from the Mercia dealership. From my initial call through to me collecting the vehicle, I received nothing but a first class service. Adam sent me a full video within 5 minutes of asking and answered my many questions straight away every time I messaged him. When I collected the vehicle, it was fully serviced, MOT'd and delivered with a health check and warranty. Will definitely purchase from them again in a couple of years time.

I travelled from Plymouth to Sheffield to Mercia Motors for my new car. It was quite a journey but the car was by far the best I'd seen online. I wasn't disappointed at all. The guys got everything sorted and ready for collection, there was no waiting around, it was straight forward, quick and easy. I would happily do that travel again to purchase from Mercia Motors, the service was great and I'm really happy with the car.

I initially contacted Mercia Motors through there online chat function, Simone on the other end was great, she gave me the details and organised for Gareth to call me to run through further. Gareth called very quickly, and he was superb, he was so helpful and informative, he couldn't have been any better at all, he discussed the car in details and provided me with all history etc. I had already decided I wanted the Audi A7, it was a beautiful car, great price and mint condition. When I went to collect it, Gareth wasn't there, it was Adam who did the hand-over etc. Adam was professional, helpful and very polite and friendly. The service was brilliant from all members of staff. I have had the Audi A7 a few weeks now and managed to get out and about, the car is a dream, its so lovely, I'm really happy with it. I cant thank the guys at Mercia Motors enough - they were 10/10 all the way through and the car is perfect! Highly recommend this dealership!!

I've just upgraded my car to a Mercedes-Benz A250 and I am made up with, its a great drive, it doesn't take much to get it to shift, its much faster and smoother than my old car. I did most of the sale over the phone with Gareth, he was great, very helpful and clear with the information. He did everything I asked him to, in time for me collecting. I went to pick the car up and it was Adam who did the hand over, he was again, really good. It was a smooth transaction, Adam ensured I was happy with everything, he got the keys/paperwork sorted quickly and I was away! Very pleased with the whole process.

Couldn't fault Mercia Motors at all, they did everything they said they would, and on time. Adam looked after me down there, he was great, very helpful and clued up.
