Absolutely perfect from end to end, I am totally over the moon. My Mini is a gorgeous car and I am loving driving it. The guys who served me were so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. No other dealership even comes close to these guys, they smashed it out of the park with everything they did! I definitely recommend for sure, it was hassle free and really easy. I left with 100% satisfaction and would definitely pass on my recommendations!

I would happily recommend Mercia Motors to my friends and family, and have already mentioned to a few how good of a car I have thanks to them. My luck with car dealers hasn't been the best, so dealing with Mercia Motors was like a breathe of fresh air. They were really welcoming and higlhy knowledgeable of the cars, so my mind was put at ease almost immediately. I have found my forever dealership! They were absolutely fantastic right from the beginning all the way to the end, and even after that! Everything was really simple and easy, and it didn't take long at all until I was driving away in the A7. I really appreciated the aftersales call I received as well from the young girl, it is nice to know that they are still looking out for you even after the sale. I am so pleased with how everything went, and would happily make the trip to these again!

This was one of the fastest purchases I have ever made! I went on the Thursday to view the car, and was back the following day to collect the car. I could've taken it on the Thursday, however they insisted on giving the car a nice valet, to provide me with the 5* service that they are profoundly known for! It was a perfect experience from beginning to end and I am over the moon with my i10, so I couldn't be happier! The team were extremely helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. I cannot find a single fault with the dealership and would definitely return in the future!

I am highly impressed with how smoothly everything went with my recent purchase of my Polo. It was a completely stress free transaction and was very quick and efficient. I was in and out within a day and was really pleased with how friendly the staff were.
