Went to view a BMW Coupe. Very unprofessional service and attitude from the owner. Car was not as described and passenger door not working along remote key not working. He advised this could be repaired under the warranty once we had purchased the car and completed in our own time. Not a good start, asked if this would be reflected in the price. The owner then turned arrogant. So glad we left this forecourt. No service to start with so definitely no aftercare service. Feel Guarantee lasts till your off the forecourt. Then your on your own.

Why anyone critises CHristian i dont know,i found him helpful,chatty and easy to deal with,the car was just what i wanted,and he explained in depth the reason for my part ex deal,thanks Christian

Enquiring about a car, with lockdown on even tho they are shut there website said open by appointment and would of waited for the car. However I was meet back with sarcastic answers and just general rude reply’s. Will never be buying a car from them and if you want a friendly face I would recommend going somewhere else..

Not as advertised and major mot problems

I needed a new car at short notice, Lewis and the Team at Monkswood Garage took the time to find out what I wanted along with any specific needs I had. They then recommend a few cars and let us test drive immediately. Once we found the car for us the sale was both quick and easy. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

Bought a car from Monkswood Garage on weekend, test drove in day therefore didn’t check headlights weren’t working. Phoned the next day and basically called a liar and that I must have broken them in 24 hours!!! Not interested in rectifying-if considering buying a car test everything and don’t expect any aftercare . Definitely’sold as seen’ very disappointed now having to buy and fit new headlight switch which is going to be in excess of £100

Monkswood Garage are not interested once you've driven the car away. Never call you back. Don't keep their word. Awful attitude. Would NEVER recommend. Its not all about the sale its the aftersales tahts as important

Bought a lovely car, excellent condition with low mileage and FSH. (1)It was not fully serviced as promised, (2) had a water leak on the water pump, (3). This was sorted under warranty but then an issue (3) came to light that took nearly 3 months to address and the support from the garage was truly appalling. I had to do all of the running around arranging for the garage to try and remedy the issue and the owner would just not answer my messages or phone me despite my being extremely polite throughout the whole fiasco. The only phone call I had was after I mentioned Trading Standards. They sell lovely cars at very good prices but I was so disappointed at the total lack of customer care this being contrary to all of the wonderful words on their website. I would not go there again under any circumstances and if you are looking for good customer care then I would not recommend Monkswood Garage.
