Stay away from them.They are very unprofessional and rude.They posted one car on ebay and failed to mention purposefully that car wind screen is cracked and front bumper is damaged.It took me 3 hours to go there and when i asked them why they didn't mention the damage in description and he said that its used and dead cheap car and nobody mention in listing plus we dont have time for every detail.Cracked bumper and windscreen wasnt small thing to not mention.

After looking through the reviews here I was a little worried as my partner and I boarded the train from Crewe (3hrs away). I had placed a deposit on a jag the day before having never seen it as I was told it was near perfect. Lydia had gone out of her way to collect us from the train station which was much appreciated. The car was mint, the only fault I could find was 1 stone chip. 3+hrs drive home and the car drives like new. We honestly couldn't be happier and all the staff were very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate in going here for a car in the future. Thanks guys.

I contacted motor 4u to enquire about BMW 750I. Spoke to seller and they told me that car is in perfect condition 1 owner, full service history etc. The last service stamp was in 2012, The car had few warnings on dashboard like PDC failed, recharge battery and air bag. The front windscreen had no sealing, there was just black tape, handbrake button was damaged not active. Dents and scratches all over the car. Rear lamp cracked. When opened bonnet there was oil leaking from 3 different places!!! The car was ready for SCRAP YARD not for sale. Stay away from this place. This is definitely not a RAC approved place.

Purchased a Range Rover sport from the guys at motor 4 u yesterday, initially left a deposit on Wednesday and collected . I drove from Liverpool and from start to finish the team was excellent all the way through , communication and transparency. On Monday I drove to to Croydon (144 miles) to purchase an Outlander Phev from Motor 4U Ltd based on photo's and phone conversations. I was not disappointed, excellent price and an excellent service. My only minor complaint was the car was dusty with a few marks on the rear seats. However, as soon as I remarked on it the car was taken to the side and valeted whilst I completed the paperwork. The staff were courteous and thoughtful, providing me with refreshment after my journey whilst we did the deal. After reading the reviews I was initially dubious, however, if you do your homework and know what you want and the prices around then you know that the vehicles are priced realistically. I did my homework and therefore after an initial query regarding the possibility of wiggle room on the price I had no problem paying the asking price, I knew I was getting a bargain having researched this vehicle for 4 months. My px was exactly what the dealer quoted me when I got them to look. My advice don't expect a garage to give you a px price based on private sale prices. From experience (i change my car every 3 years) when a garage gives you a high px they are pricing the vehicle you are buying at the high end generally. Good luck car hunters and don't be put off by the negative comments. I have already recommended this garage to 2 other people and I will use them again in 3 years time if they have what i want.

I rang up on a Tuesday to say I liked to view a Range Rover evoque for my wife wanted to px a car and was told would be about £7k px on the book which was lower then told I would get about £8.5k as they would need to see the car. I then took the Range Rover for a test drive and was happy to do a deal and then was offered £6k for my px what an insult no communication with staff only the boss locked in the office calling the shots. Shame as went and spent my £25k elsewhere. Ps traveled for miles to see Motor 4U.

Overall the service was good, the staff were attentive and so far the car appears to remain in good working order. My only complaint is that I was told my warranty includes wear and tear of parts, but when I got home and read the small print this only applies to vehicles with less than

Purchased a fiesta from Motor 4U Ltd. Told them I am disabled single mum and I need a reliable car to get about as cannot even do my shopping without a car. Within two days u started having problems. Every time they said it will be covered by the warranty. Phone the warranty people - no it is not covered. After being in the car business for over 6 years you would think they would know what is or is not covered! Left with a car that is not fit for purpose so taking them to the small claims court. They have lied on the court papers over and over. Don't worry it will be proved you lied! Do not under any circumstances trust these guys they will take your money and do nothing except laugh at you if anything does go wrong with the car. Say what you like but I know you have lied big time!!!!
