I bought my Nissan Juke just yesterday from Motor 4 u and I can tell you that I am the happiest customer in town :)) This is a family run business (Omar, dad and brother) where you can sense the genuine, kind and caring nature of this firm. Any concerns regarding my car were resolved there and then..they serviced my car , did and MOT and even applied for my Road tax..wow,,you can't ask for a better! They know their job, I trust them implicitly and their professionalism comes highly recommended.

I called the dealership and spoke to Pasha about a Mercedes GLA - he was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. I arranged to travel from Hampshire to see and test drive the car and asked if they could MOT the car beforehand. On arrival, the car was beautifully valeted and the mot had been completed. I had never driven an automatic car and pasha really put me at ease during the test drive. I took the car home same day and have been really happy with it. Collected my Mercedes GLC today and found the overall service from Pasha and the team surprisingly different to other dealers. They were friendly, and professional. The paperwork was all completed quickly and the whole process was painless. Lovely selection of cars and I would highly.recommend them.

Went to view the Bmw 335d touring from Motor 4U. I asked when I called has the car got any previous paint i was told no the car is nice. So after 2 hour drive to view the car and after booking a appointment I was greeted with a very dusty car. First thing I did was ask for a cloth to wipe down the side of the car to check for previous paint and repairs. They looked very sheepish . I was greeted to find t bad paint run lines on the NSF wing osf wing nsr bumper corner. The ns door was full of fish eyes. The bonnet was also painted and had filler sink lines. The ns headlight had scratches and had been replaced so had the ns front arm and arch liner. The front bumper had also been replaced with the wrong one which had extra parking sensors holes which was just poorly filled and painted. All point to signs of a bad accident. When showed to the employe he said his not noticed it before. You wasted 4 hours of my time for no reason.

I had a very minor problem. I was having problems changing the batteries in my car key fob. I popped into Motors4U at Stafford Road-to inquire about help. Ryan welcomed me in and replaced both batteries for me straight away without a charge. It may appear minor but it was something that was becoming a problem and I left the service room with a great sigh of relief. Very helpful and professional from Ryan and I will certainly return with more substantial work in the near future.
