I saw a Citroen C4 Cactus on Autotrader and thought it looked in a good condition. I had a look at the reviews for the dealership before I went down to check that they had a good reputation and was happy to find they did. When I went to Motor Planet Ltd to look at the car they helped me a lot and had good customer service. They got everything sorted for me and definitely lived up to that positive reputation. My Cactus is very good and I am enjoying driving it a lot. I have done over 700 miles in it already!

Whenever I have bought a car in the past I have always taken someone with me to ask questions and things but this time I had to go on my own. I am so grateful that Jamie was reassuring and understanding as he made me feel really comfortable and like I could ask anything I needed to. He went out on a test drive with me so I felt supported at every step. I just can't praise the guys at Motor Planet Ltd enough, they were absolutely brilliant. They made sure my Renault Clio was sparklingly clean when I took it away too! I love my new car so much, I am always out in it. My work is only 2 and a half minutes away but I love the car so much that I will still drive 😂 I just want to be in it all the time, especially now I have figured out the music controls on the steering wheel! Every 30 seconds is a new song haha.

I am very happy with the vehicle, from the enquiry I made about the vehicle and having the vehicle with me took a short amount of time and communication with Motor Planet was really good, the experience was a 10/10 and would highly recommend purchasing a car, any questions that I had was answered and the people I talked to on the phone were really knowledgeable and talked me through the process 😊

I am quite happy with how the sale was done. Jamie was great, nothing was a problem with him. He made me feel special with the way he handled things, he explained everything in detail without making me feel rushed. There was no pressure to buy anything or take on any of the extras it was just supportive in the sense of letting me know what they can offer and how they can support me moving forwards. It was all very courteous and flowed lovely. The back up from the AA and the insurance they offer to get you from A to B is brilliant and just makes it all seamless. My Renault Kadjar is brilliant, I absolutely love it. I am out in it everyday popping to the shops and things. I probably spend more time cleaning it than driving it, it is my pride and joy. It is just nice to be able to put my own touch on it when I clean it and put some love into it.

The team are worthy of an easy five stars for their phenomenal service coupled with the wonderful Land Rover I bought from Motor Planet. Happy customer!!

If I could score this dealership higher than a five, I would. The service was outstanding, and I was surprised when I received a call from someone called Chris at Car Dealer Reviews asking me how everything was with my Ford Focus, which shows me that Motor Planet really cares about their customers and is not just looking to make a quick sale.
