I was looking for a bigger car that was good value and was already over the appreciation curve, so I put a search into ChatGPT and it came back with the AutoTrader advert for a Vauxhall Mokka Electric, which was listed at Motor Planet. The whole process was straightforward. The person who showed me around the car was lovely and explained everything in detail.

So far, the BMW 3 Series has been good. I dealt with John at Motor Planet and he was great and very helpful. Everything moved smoothly for me. I’d recommend the dealership. I would give it a four star rating. I think there’s always room for improvement and there are probably a couple of things I could think of, but all in all I’m happy.

Adam was brilliant & really helpful. I went to collect my car one day and he rang to let me know the start-stop button wasn’t working properly, so he was going to get it fixed and asked me to collect the car at a later date. He kept me up to date with everything, which was really helpful. I love my Skoda.

I’d had an electric car for a couple of months before as a bit of a trial, and then I decided to go and buy a Volkswagen ID.5 My overall experience with Motor Planet was alright. I’m not quite sure of the name of the person I dealt with, but overall I’m fine with the car and the experience.
