Found the process of buying with Motor Planet to be good, with no issues there. Unfortunately had some issues post sale but this is being resolved by the warranty company now.

My first time going to Motor Planet, and it was a wonderful experience. Jamie, who helped me on the day, was really helpful, and there was no pressure from him at all. We had to wait a little to get the all-clear for the car, and he didn’t fuss at all. The car itself is also wonderful, a nice BMW 3 Series, and I am very pleased.

Can't complain, the service was great from Jon. He was patient and helpful, and I didn’t find him to be at all pushy, he let me take my time. I found the Golf online, and when I saw it in person, it actually looked better than the photos, which I even said to Jon. It is a lovely car, and I am very pleased with it. I haven’t had any issues. Great dealership.

I saw the Audi SQ5 online on AutoTrader and went to view it in person. Nothing was hidden from me; it was exactly as pictured, and nothing has come up since having the car. Everything is looking good and running smoothly. Adam assisted me on the day, he did everything I asked, from running the car from cold to answering my questions. Very helpful.

Jamie was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I didn’t feel any pressure—he wasn’t pushy at all. He just let me do my thing and take a look at the car. I’ve driven it around here and there, and I’ve had no issues with it so far. Jamie went above and beyond by cleaning the car and taking some badges off for me, as I requested before pickup. Great experience all around with Motor Planet.

I recently purchased my first Mercedes from Motor Planet, I saw the car online and then went to view in person. Jamie helped with the sale, he was helpful and professional. I am having an issue with the aircon and I do feel like the car could have been cleaned better as when i came back to pick it up it had got dusty from being outside the dealership but other than these things I am happy with the car and the service that was provided at Motor Planet.
