I sent a text message to view Chevrolet spark, received phone call a hour later from Carl to view the car at 6.30 that day, l arrived had little look round then went into office asked for Carl think he was with customer, a lady went to find car after 20 mins was informed car had been sold waste of time and 15 mile round trip. needless to say l wont be going back could been informed beforehand if car had been sold.

Many thanks to Ash who made my first experience of purchasing a car on my own as smooth as possible. Ash was very polite and helpful and on collecting the car and experiencing a slight hiccup he soon had it sorted and everything resolved. Hopefully I will enjoy many trouble free years of motoring. Nearly sold me a Mercedes which was broke then apologised and sold me another Mercedes which has been in an accident but there is no history of this to be found anywhere also had numerous faults and problems with the car as soon as I took it out motor range said they would fix it but it's been in a total of 6 times and there mechanics still could not fix the problem so I took it to Mercedes themselves and they have now advised for me to take it back to them as they have believe it has also been in a crash before and has dodgey paintwork done to it would never get a car from motor range again!!

We travelled from stoke today to view a car we'd seen on the internet ... we were greated by the most polite , welcoming salesman ASH....we test drove the car and then we went back into the office to discuss things with ASH... ( may I just say WOW is this guy well informed about cars ! ) he answered all our question and managed to put all our concerns to rest .. ASH was not at all pushy just very helpful and obliging ... would definitely recommend Motor Range to buy from and would defiantly recommend that you ask for the salesman ASH !!!!

I just brought my Fifth car from Motor Range. The sales person Ashley gave us excellent service he looked after us the minute we got there until we left, felt very at ease with Ashley and was very helpful with the information with the car I was buying. I am very happy with my car.

picked up my car from Motor Range last Sunday, when i took it for a test drive it had 3 keys, when i picked the car up it had 1 key i was informed the other 2 keys needed new batteries strange seeing the car was on a 15 plate? 2 phone calls later still no keys?? how long does it take to fit a battery in a key??

Brought a car from Motor Range, wasnt happy. Took it back, and the sales guy, Paul ( different from the first guy i dealt with, wont go into that ) was so helpful and thorough. I couldn't actually believe the difference between the 2. Highly recommend him. Pleasant service, cant thank him enough for all his help. Very very happy customer :-)

Daughter got car delivered from Motor Range. Three weeks later after 11 days lost power they said it was fixed gave her back in stead of courtesy car then blamed her driving for it.

I recently purchased a new car with Motor Range Dunnings Bridge Road and I couldn't have been any happier with everything I experienced on that day! From start until finish I was looked after so well by Joe and Brian who were both so friendly and professional! I have been to many car dealerships over the last 10 years and this new Motor Range impressed me by far! I asked to test drive the car there and then which I was able to do immediately, an hour later the car was mine! Everything was so smooth and quick and it makes things so much better when salesmen know what they are talking about!
