I have just passed my test so went on the website and called up. The man on the phone at MotorRange helped me flick through the website whilst he gave me the choices like Polo, Ka and C1. I was originally after my driving lessons car which was my Uncles Astra, the insurance quote was too high. I decided on the Polo as all of the cars were parked together outside. Thank you MotorRange for the help.

Bought a car off Motor Range in may 2017. It had problems within the 30 day warantee, leaking antifreeze car not clean on arrival clutch issues ect went back they said they fixed it. A week later still losing antifreeze told no leak could be found. Months later emailed about car leaking antifreeze still after a lot of emails they said they would look at it after saying I never brought it back. Eventually said they would look at it and they have a new service team. Found a leak in cabin said they had fixed it drove home car starts smoking inside car going down a motor way. No anifreeze in tank and also deep scratches on 3 parts of the dash where they took it out. Told the part they put in failed which soaked the driver foot well car went back four times for the dash and leak. Then they took my ford mats and tried to replace with a cheaper horrible version. Car developed more leaks due to being driven with no antifreeze and has had to go to ford dealership to be fixed as motor range would not fix saying they fixed one leak but they made the car worse. Lied to when bought car told one owner turns out was a lease car and has had a new engine put in never told this on purchase. When complaining about this told people would ring back which never happens just get passed round I advise you never buy a car from these they are ok when selling a car to you after that they don't care and seems to be a trend by the reviews awful service awful company and liars

Dear Mr Turner. I'm disappointed to hear you feel this way. Whilst you are entitled to your opinion, I feel your comments are inaccurate and unreasonable. Prior to collection your vehicle had a full 120 point mechanical inspection, service and MOT. Approximately 12 months after purchasing your vehicle, you encountered a fault with the O-Ring on the heater matrix. At this time, you were out of guarantee. However, as a gesture we replaced the O-Ring with a genuine Ford manufacturer part, free of charge. Unfortunately this manufacturer part failed and caused the fault to re-occur. We immediately re-ordered and fitted a new manufacturer part which rectified the fault. We also supplied a new set of car mats to replace the existing mats at no cost to yourself. Once your guarantee period has expired, the costs of servicing and maintaining your vehicle are your responsibility. Our Service Department is always on hand to aid and assist you in the future although any work carried out is chargeable. We never want our customers to feel disappointed and I'm sorry to hear your comments. Bad cars from Motor Range, very bad invoice ,some back door for VAT ,they should be lock it at soon.!!!

Dear Mr Mounzer. Thank you for leaving a review. We are very sorry to hear you feel this way. However, we do feel that your comments are incorrect. Motor Range deal with all major finance lenders in the market place and can offer the best finance rates available. All our vehicles are HPI clear and the mileages are guaranteed. Prior to collection your vehicle had a full 120 point pre-delivery inspection, MOT and Service. The inspection found that two tyres, whilst legal, had a tread depth lower than our 3mm inspection standard. These tyres were replaced before you collected the vehicle. During your guarantee period you experienced a minor fault. As you live some distance from Motor Range our Service Manager, Paul Nickson, agreed for you to take the vehicle to a repair centre close to your home, where the fault was rectified. The vehicle you purchased was advertised at £9770 and this is the price you paid. We did add £20 worth of fuel, which you paid for only once. If you would like a copy of your purchase invoice detailing the VAT you have paid please get in touch and we will arrange this straight away. We never want our customers to feel disappointed and we are sorry this is how you feel. We'd be happy to discuss this further with you. Do not be fooled by any good reviews for Motor Range they are dishonest consters,they use all manners and methods of deceit to sell and meet there targets.For example they advertise there cars as being reduced which is not the case and claim the cars are accident fee which is also outright lying.Buyer you have been warned and I could go on and on with more factual examples but would serve no purpose....if you ignore my warning I hope your purchase is an exception.

The after sales care I received at Motor Range was appalling. My new car had to be returned to the dealership 3 times, for the same fault, before it was rectified. During that time, Motor Range never contacted me, I had to call them for updates. Often my car was just sitting in the service bay waiting for collection. I had to ask for a courtesy car and it was only provided on the third attempt to fix my car, it has since been sitting outside my house for 2 months! After the final attempt to fix my car, it was returned to me with damaged paintwork. It has taken months to get a response to my formal complaint and I am still waiting for a call from the After Sales Manager! Whilst the pre-sales staff are polished, the after sales staff are rude and unhelpful.

I bought a car just over a week ago from Motor Range and it had a repair to be done. After the repair was done, it looked no different than before so I asked the manager why it’s the same and he was very rude to me, saying it’s fine and that they are not doing anything else. Also I was told that it would be replaced, if not repaired (which it looked the same as before). I understand that it couldn’t be replaced however, he had very bad customer service skills for speaking so badly to me and my Dad. However, the sales man Josh who sold me the car was great couldn’t fault him for anything that he did.

Absolutely horrendous service from Motor Range! All well and good on the day when they take your money but after care is awful. I was forever ringing them to get my car fixed and was always told they would call me back and heard nothing!!!! The staff pass no messages on so you have to repeat yourself over and over again and they are not arsed at all. Complete waste of time!!! AVOID!!!!

Had issues with Motor Range from day 1, sold the car and promised all sorts of work which I had to contact the finance company to hold their money to resolve. As they just got rid of me anytime I tried to book in(should of known then and just give them the car back) couple of months in I'm having electrical problems, battery problems to be told I have no warranty it ran out at 6 months, its now the 7th month. Oh and just learning my car is probably a recall and is out of warranty with Volkswagen also. Surely they should have known this before selling!!!!

Ohh,long story,i bought an 15plate A4 from Motor Range Liverpool because my pcp a6 was going over miles limit and i was desperate to buy a car to can go on holiday with it. This A4 had a problem with the flywheel and when i call them they said they got no time to fix it in time because i had 4 days before my ferry was booked. I went to them but in a same time i had a booking with audi for inspection. When i get to Liverpool (i am from Stoke-on-Trent) they agree to check the problem and after aprox 1hour i had my car back and the service manager saying they can not hear the knocking noise. I said ok i am going to Audi in Stafford which they found the flywheel faulty along with the front shock absorbers which was leaking (this was stated in a mot advisory and they did not replaced ). I rang Motorrange again and i told them i have the report but they said they want to check it again. Anyway this was with 3days before my trip. I said ''no problem ill go with my A6''. After 2 days i remembered when Motorrange took the car for inspection ,i had my sat nav with built in camera and i start watcing the videos to see what check they did and I WAS SHOCKED. The mechanic took my car in a garage which was sitting there for about 20 minutes and nobody checked anything after that the same mechanic took the car for a test drive (not needed for that issue) and he went to (i assume) his misses to a tanning station to visit her and he spent about 5 minutes there after that he drove back to Motorrange with nice loud music. I sent the videos to them and some manager rang me next day when i was on my way abroad to try to gain my trust again. I told him i do not want now the car repaired but i want a different car and i will distroy my holiday to come back in 2 weeks time to sort out the problem. He supposed to call me back in afternoon time which did not happen. I came back after 2 weeks ( loads of expenses from my pocket) and they took the car back and i had a diffent car from them an E350 16 plate in a same day when i had to go back to cintinue my holiday. On my way in Germany the steering wheel start shaking baddly when braking . I had the car checked abroad at mercedes and they said is not covered by manufacturer warranty because the front disks and pads are the very cheap quality replacements. I sent an email to Motorrange and nobody called me. I came back and i sent another email followed by a call to Mototrrange and i was talking with a lady from service and warranties which told me they not put genuine parts in a cars and i want genuine i have to buy the parts and they will replace for free. I said there is a problem with the disks and she said they are brand new. In the end i called mercedes for a booking and to be checked the disks. VERY VERY BAD because i bought aother 2 cars few years ago from them. I do expect after this review to recieve a call from them but is not enough. I still got the videos which soon will be uploaded to youtube
