Motorcycle Giant damaged my bike, which they denied until I proved otherwise with images I had taken before leaving it with them. Instead of apologising, was told my bike had lots of damage throughout, which again was untrue. Using rudeness and lies to cover your mistakes instead of honesty and courtesy means that I will never take my bike to Motorcycle Giant ever again.

Not sure why the owner of Motorcycle Giant is getting such bad reviews, just purchased my bike from them and it was easy as pie. No nonsense, knowledgable, and cheerful. Bike was cleaned and prepped for pickup 3 working days later. The admin lady Ruth was also patient and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I’ve had a lot of issues with my bike since I have brought it from Motorcycle Giant which was not listed corrected or even alerted even one which could cause the Rear wheel to siese at any point. So the long list of problems I was never told of I was told the bike is in perfect condition which by outlook it looks perfect closer and closer inspection the following list was wrong. Cush drive rubber and sprocket bearing severely worn as if the previous owner did wheelys on the bike. The play on the sprocket and Cush drive allowed a rediclous ammount of play on the sprocket which was extremely dangerous. As the people ( motorcycle giant ) did a MOT they did not alert me about this or even fix it before. What they seemed to do to make this problem look invisible was to tighten the chain like a rubber band which is dangerous alone as it is. I was given next to nothing in petrol. Just enough estimated around 1 litre. The front break leaks where the master cylinder is going. The bike had rock hard suspension which I fixed pretty quick as that was not nice. There was even signs of a crash on the bike where someone had superglued a part of the fearing back down because they well and truly broke it off. Personally my expierence with this company was great with the people and the receptionist was great. Wasn’t impressed with the amount of time it took me to get answers for very simple questions I wanted answered. Where the bike was sat outside at motorcycle giant there’s some lovely water damage on the body work. In general there’s been a lot of issues more than I have stated here and there warranty which lasts for 3 months. Only covers “ electrical “ I was offered to take the bike down to them to have a look but that would cost me and it would not be worth doing at all. I personally do not like the overall expierence of buying this bike when it should be in mint condition conisidering i brought the bike on 900+ miles. I’m pretty sure if they did not do their own MOTs it would of failed. Since they do not seem to care about the safety of the bike and sold me a utter death trap and passed the MOT as they do the MOT and a 50/60 “point “ inspection of the bike they knew about the issues which was wrong with the bike and I ain’t impressed. I did speak to them about some of the issues and they where just evasive and really didn’t care at all. Since I have corrected nearly all the issues nearly I’ve spent over £500 correcting everything all the issues and everything they should of done before they sold the bike to me. Did not install the alarm properly. Was not honest about when I could drop off the moped, worst of all, the owner was utterly rude, shouting into the phone. There are better places to buy in London - save yourself the headache

Excellent condition and the workshop went out of their way to complete the service in time for a delivery van that was heading to my part of the country the very next day. Brilliant Service!

I bought honda activa 125cc few weeks ago thats why i had to wait a bit to do review its really durable smooth and lovely one and very cheap for 1800.00 with 0 mile u cant find that price for 0 mile comparing to other motorcycle the stuff was experience and really helpful i really recommend it and recommend buying from them thank u again loking forward to deal with u
