recently bought a new car from Motorland and I have to say I was impressed. They were very professional, friendly and welcoming. I and my mum were treated very well and we had clear information about the new car. Everything was organised and I was able to buy my new car which l am very happy with and I had no issues. Just bought my Audi from these guys, cannot fault it a single bit. Spoke to someone on the phone and they explained everything. After being disappointed by other dealers, I really did not want to waste any more time travelling as it was costing a lot travelling all over to find myself a family car. They told me about the service history and they even went out of their way to send a video of the car. I was happy, so I made my way down, it was a bit of a journey for me as I came from Newcastle. But all worth it in the end. Had the car for about 1 week now. Absolutely happy with it. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Thank you guys Regards Harry ( Audi A6)
Bought a car had problems with the car couple of weeks after the purchase spoke to the people who sells the cars I cannot call them sales men as I don’t think so in my opinion . They didn’t want to know aftercare they are not interested in ,just getting the money into there bank is priority think before you buy
Bought a car from motorland Peterborough just over 3 weeks ago , the bumper is coming away from the car I rang and spoke to Andy he said it’s popped out and it will pop back in !!!! I asked for it to be repaired his reply was we don’t do repairs I will get Sean to call you which he did but he said he would arrange for the car to be looked at and if it’s been in a accident we would have to pay I assured him this was not the case he was calling me back the next day at 11am but no call it’s now 16.40 still no call . The customer aftercare service well there is no service customer care non existent
I am highly frustrated with the service I have received from Motorland. I bought a vehicle off them and due to COVID I wasn’t able to use this vehicle for a couple of months. Upon using the vehicle the spare key didn’t work so I purchase a new battery. The new battery didn’t work so I took the spare key to BMW where they checked in their system and found the key was registered to a completely different vehicle. I have since contacted Motorland and the first person I spoke to said they would ask a manager to call me back. I’m still waiting for a call back over a month later. I have called them again and they have now told me the person who sold me the vehicle has now left the company and there is nothing they can do. Therefore I now have to fork out £300.00 to purchase a new key. I would not recommend these people at all. They do not want to know once they’ve sold you the vehicle. After care is non existent.

Bought a car from Motorland. Just want to say that I had A1 class service. Friendly, helpful caring staff who treat you like family. When browsing their vehicles they give you the keys and leave you too it. No pressure or feeling intimidated by them. Thank you guys for selling me a wonderful lovely car at a great price with excellent warranty.
Having had several bad experiences on purchasing used cars from main dealerships & other used car dealerships i was not looking forward spending several hours with several members of the sales team & the hassle of being pressured in buying a car with an extended warranty & other unnecessary extras. However there was non of this at my visit to Motorland. i was left to browse at my leisure at the cars on display & eventually test drove the car of my choice.However as i was undecided on the car, the salesman Andy would not take my deposit until i was 100% sure on purchasing the car. I returned the following day & bought the car including a good price when part exchanging my vehicle. There was no pressure to buy an extended warranty or other extras when completing the formalities to purchase the car. I was contacted on several occasions regarding the collection of the car when it was convenient to myself. The whole experience was undoubtedly pleasurable & i would certainly recommend Motorland & their Sales team especially Andy who is down to earth knows his stuff & i look forward in purchasing my next car from Motorland.
Brought a Volvo from Motorland and had problems with the tyres, they changed to 6 year old oversized damaged ones, that was recorded this weekend by a professional company, seat belt faulty. And like all people that buy cars only find out things the next day, did not have the basic things they described on the sale, like rain sensor, etc . The flatly refused to answer letter recorded, still kept spare key, arrogant, Nasty and threatening. Keep away at all cost is my advice
