I recently found a Kia Sportage at Motortrust UK with an unbeatable price, so I decided to check it out. After a test drive, I quickly realised it checked all my boxes. The process was smooth, especially with the part exchange of my old car, which made acquiring the Kia incredibly easy. A massive thank you to the team for being so friendly and accommodating! We recently took the car on a road trip, and the car made such a difference; it was comfortable and easy to drive, which made the trip a lot more enjoyable. 

I'd give 10 out of 5 for James if I could, as he has been looking after me while I was purchasing my Land Rover Discovery. He's always been very responsive, so I can't complain.

Overall I think everything went pretty smoothly on the day of getting my car. The paperwork was explained in good detail and I didn't feel there were any hidden surprises, which is always a nice feeling when buying a car. I even took out the extended warranty, which I think is fairly priced.

I'm not the best with names so I can't remember the salesman's name but I'm very happy with how my car buying experience went. I was allowed to look around the car within my own time, which helped the decision making process a lot and it made the whole thing feel that little bit more relaxed. As for the Ford, it's been a great car and I'm enjoying it.

Had my Octavia for about a month now so I thought it was time to come online and leave some feedback. The guys at the dealership were helpful, knew what they were talking about and kept the purchase process swift and simple. Overall I'm really happy with the customer service I received from MotorTrust and would happily recommend them to others.

Annoyingly I can't recall the name of the chap that helped me, but I wanted to come online to say what a great job he did - Everything was excellent and the car was priced right. The staff were welcoming, friendly, easy going and didn't apply any pressure which was a refreshing change! I also appreciated the gent;lemans flexibility with collection dates and times as he helped minimise disruption with work etc. Impressive and much appreciated!!

Everything about the purchase of my new VW Golf was super smooth. The customer service provided at the dealership was second to none - They're all such good guys. All vehicles were presented to a really high standard and you can tell everyone at MotorTrust really cares about doing a great job. All in all, I can't fault them!

My son bought a car from these guys a couple of years back, so they were naturally the first and only place I looked when it was time to change. We'd come to know Adam and I trust him implicitly, so when I fancied upgrading, I asked what he'd recommend to suit my needs. He sent over loads of different images etc but I ended up with a bmw. A faultless experience from the moment I stepped in MotorTrust Uk. The team were bang on at answering any and all questions I had for them, after a short test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it. I reckon I've done 700 miles already mainly for the commute to work and it's getting the job done.
