Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this dealership if I were in the market for another car. I found Mark to be very accommodating and helpful from the start, middle, and end of the sale. It was probably one of the easiest purchases I've made in a while since there were no delays. Easy 5 stars.

I love the casual approach from the team at MotorTrust. There was no pushing for a sale and not once did anyone linger around, waiting to ponce on you. I was walking around the dealership within my own time and after spending time having a look I approached a member of the team. They were able to answer all of my questions and I drove away with a lot of confidence. The only reason for not giving top marks is because of the location because it was a very long drive to get here.

So far I'm getting on great with my Mazda that I purchased back in April. I had to have a lot of faith in the dealership because I hadn't heard of MotorTrust before with me living 3 hours away, so I called up beforehand to get some more information about the car. Once I was happy with what I heard, I was happy to make the trip down. A short drive later and I was being welcomed to the show room to view the car. It was great to see that the car was as described and I was happy to go ahead with it. Everything went as it should, i.e. the paperwork and signing everything over but before I knew it I was driving away.

Really happy with the experience from MotorTrust UK, it was my first time visiting the garage and I felt really well looked after. There were no hidden surprises, with the car or paperwork. I have nothing bad to report.

It's been 5 weeks since I got my M sport BMW, and I'm really enjoying it. The car is effortlessly fast and drives like new. I ended up taking out the platinum warranty and had the car detailed since driving away to keep it looking like new. I hardly had to do anything because I went through a finance company who sorted everything out for me. Mark was a pleasure to deal with when I collected the car and his customer service was slick and he couldn't do enough to help. The car was well presented on collection,, and it has been mechanically brilliant since then. I was impressed with the dealership's extensive stock of cars during my first visit, leaving me with a good impression on the company. I plan to keep this car for 3 years and hope to see a good return on investment down the line.

I use my MG every day, and since purchasing it at 26k miles, I've already put another 3k miles on it and so far it's been spot on. I'll be adding even more when I head to Scotland in a couple of weeks. Previously, I had a BMW hybrid that unfortunately crashed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the MG has better systems compared to my old car. I can't recall the salesman's name, but he was really fantastic, and it was nice to speak to such a joyful salesman. He even sorted out the tax for me, so the car was ready to drive away.

Hands down I would happily recommend his dealership to anyone who was looking for a car. It took me a little while to write this review because I wanted to give the car a good run out. I went for the Seat Leon and it has been one of my best purchases so far! It's really good on fuel, has plenty of space and when I saw it for the first time it was perfectly described. The name of the salesman always slips my mind but he was very friendly and I can't fault the service at all. I look forward to putting plenty of miles on the car!

Finally I've managed to secure myself a cracking motor from MotorTrust which I love. Touch wood, it's been driving well but I have taken 2 years warranty out just for a bit more peace of mind. Morgan was the gent who looked after me, who was brilliant on the day and very informative about my Volkswagen.
