Really happy with MotorTrust. After having a bad experience with a previous garage and actually sending the car back, MotorTrust has put my mind at ease that there is good dealerships out there. I have been driving my new Land Rover for a while now, regularly taking it out on long trips and I can’t fault the car, it is to the standard they described. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people I know.

The Mini has been fantastic. No complaints from me or my daughter, so no news is definitely good news! I can't fault the customer service at all. A big thank you to everyone involved because my daughter absolutely loves the car. Crack open the champagne lads you deserve it!

Ben was the main man who made my car buying experience such a good one. He was honest about everything he was telling me and I had a lot of confidence in the answers to my questions. When I arranged to collect the car, it was nice to see it had been freshly valeted, ready for me to drive away.

From start to finish my whole experience was so relaxing and not once did anyone use any typical sales tactics because at the first sign of that I would of been out of the door. After a short while of looking around the car, I was happy to sign the paperwork! I would happily recommend this dealership to people I know without a doubt because for a second hand car it drives like new.

The perfect car and an outstanding experience with MotorTrust UK. The salesman was really welcoming and didn’t put any pressure on me to buy a car, which allowed me to have a good look around the showroom. As soon as I was ready to ask for some more information all the staff were readily available helping to answer all my questions. A fantastic experience all round.

We haven't managed to drive our Range Rover that much at the moment because we have been on holiday in France and we took a different car, but we will be sure to give it a good run out when we get back. The experience was made perfect because of the excellent communication from the team throughout. If I ever couldn't get through, then a member of the team were quick to call me back.

In every aspect Ben was brilliant and I honestly can't fault him or the information he told me about the car because it has lived up to his description. Me and my son share the Audi so we've both had the chance to give it a good run out but non of us have run into any issues with it. As far as I'm concerned, I would happily look on MotorTrust's website in the future when we are in need of another car.

Me and my partner are really enjoying our Ford that we had the pleasure of buying from MotorTrust UK! We haven't put that many miles on it (yet) but we will this time next week because we will be taking it over to France for a holiday, so fingers crossed we get there without any issues. On the day of sale I think it was Steven was the main man who took care of everything, and he was great to deal with. There was no pressure, and it was quite a relaxing atmosphere, which was welcomed because I've never had that from a dealership before. I'd happily pop in to MotorTrust UK again if I was in and around Preston!
