Quick process, was in and out, didn't feel like I was being made to wait I did feel they were a bit stingy with the oil, as they offered to fill it up and only put £10 worth. However Mark was actually very helpful, I needed some touch up paint and I went to Audi itself and they couldn't provide it, so I went to another place and then called mark who sorted it, ordered it and I had it with me the next day which was massively appreciated. I would use him and motortrust again, the car is great not one problem. Only giving a 4 not a 5 as there is always room for improvement.

When I went to Motor Trust, I dealt with Luke, who was very helpful. I was undecided about whether I wanted the Tiguan or a different car, and he sat down and went through my options. I would have given my experience five stars, except I am currently waiting for my deposit back, so I would give it four stars.

This was my first time buying a vehicle unseen and unfortunately during the sale I did not have a good experience at all, as it came across very disjointed with poor communication. Fortunately the delivery driver who delivered the vehicle was lovely, and so far the car is also lovely and great to drive.

Having a 18 month old is challenging when looking for a new car. However, as soon as I stepped in Motor Trust UK Bury and saw their play area, I felt relieved. The car sales people didn't hound us at all. They left us to look and let us approach them. Everything else ran smoothly - part exchange of mine and preparing my new car. Communication was great after I chose a car. I would recommend and I would return here.

I purchased a Tesla Model 3 in July. It is my first electric car, and my house was already fitted with a charging point, so it was an easy transition to make. The salesman took me through a couple of features of the car, and the customer service was good all round,.

3 stars just because I've had a couple of issues with the car since getting it and I'm finding it hard to get a hold of anyone in the aftersales team. The car drives fine but when I first got it, there was an issue that the team at MotorTrust UK were quick to sort out. After that I noticed the service light was flashing up, saying service due but I was told that there was one with the car before driving away and after calling up, I still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. Also I've now noticed that the AC in the car is broken, which needs to get sorted out.
