I recently purchased an Audi Q2, which has been spot on. I had a good experience overall. The only thing I would mention is that I dealt with three different people all in the space of a week, which made it a bit confusing at times. Nevertheless, I would still give it a solid four stars.

Great service from Motor Trust in Bury! Mo looked after us, explained features of the car we were interested in and arranged for it to be transported to us in Liverpool. He was effective and organised in communicating quickly over various questions during and after the sale and never applied selling pressure. Junior brought the car to Liverpool and again provided professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend.

Okay to start with, huge selection of cars to browse, absolutely zero pressure (which I loved), our sales guy Riz was knowledgable and helpful, they have nice little booths to do all your chit chatting in and the kids play area was a god send 👍🏼. We went on a Saturday to look at the car we had seen online, took it for a little test drive, decided that was the one we wanted - nice and easy. Riz looked round the car we were part exchanging, no questions asked, noticed a dent in the door, gave us a quote and happy days. Came back 4 days later to collect the car, (cause that’s how long it took to prep the new car) Riz took my old one for a little drive, obviously there were a few things wrong with it, Hense why I was getting rid, Riz took it to the mechanics and they decided they needed to offer us less for the car. Now maybe that’s their policy or whatever but I feel like that should have been done when we started this whole thing on the Saturday 🤷🏼♀️. So I’d ask that question if you’re thinking of going. Now I’m very happy with my car, I’ve had it 3 weeks now and I love it, I’ve had zero issues. However I will say it wasn’t cleaned to a good standard, there were lots and I mean lots of the controls on the steering wheel and the drivers door absolutely caked in makeup 💁🏼♀️. I would have mentioned it if I wasn’t on a time schedule, picking the car up took a lot longer than I thought it would too… But yeah overall a good experience, I’d buy from them again, I’d just be asking them to check my old car over properly to give a more accurate quote and I’d make sure it was cleaned proper!!

When I took the vehicle on a test drive, I was able to follow my own route and really take my time with it. I was pleased about this because it allowed me to get a proper feel for the vehicle and confirm that it was what I wanted. The car was valeted, and the turnaround was quick. Despite the initial lack of communication, everything was sorted, and so far the car has been great. My only other issue is that the car was completely empty on fuel. It would have been nice not to worry about getting to a petrol station immediately after buying a car. However, I can’t complain too much, as everything else was great.

So far so good with the Audi A1 that we purchased from Motortrust. We found the Audi A1 online and then went to view it, and the salesman at the dealership was very helpful.

We’re getting on really well with our MG ZS. I wanted to speak to someone at Motortrust as I’m not sure who the finance is with, just so I can pay a bit more off, I’m not very good with computers. Otherwise, everything has been great. 10 out of 10 because they’ve been really good with us. Rizwan was a really nice bloke. He helped us with everything on the computer, like sorting out the tax, and made the whole process easy.
