The service from Motortrust was perfect at the start, but since buying the vehicle we have run into some issues. It took a while of chasing to get the warranty information, and I've since found out the service hasn't been done which needs sorting. The car is driving okay with some minor issues that need looking at.

After dealing with Motortrust I am a very happy customer, The staff were fantastic with brilliant service from start to finish. I appreciate that they don't follow you and leave you to get to know your vehicle, and there was no hard sell. Since driving away I am so pleased with the car as well.

Jason was really helpful, I did have an initial issue however he sorted this out in the end and made sure everything had been done correctly. In regards to the car I am really pleased with it no problems at all.

Quick process, was in and out, didn't feel like I was being made to wait I did feel they were a bit stingy with the oil, as they offered to fill it up and only put £10 worth. However Mark was actually very helpful, I needed some touch up paint and I went to Audi itself and they couldn't provide it, so I went to another place and then called mark who sorted it, ordered it and I had it with me the next day which was massively appreciated. I would use him and motortrust again, the car is great not one problem. Only giving a 4 not a 5 as there is always room for improvement.

When I went to Motor Trust, I dealt with Luke, who was very helpful. I was undecided about whether I wanted the Tiguan or a different car, and he sat down and went through my options. I would have given my experience five stars, except I am currently waiting for my deposit back, so I would give it four stars.

This was my first time buying a vehicle unseen and unfortunately during the sale I did not have a good experience at all, as it came across very disjointed with poor communication. Fortunately the delivery driver who delivered the vehicle was lovely, and so far the car is also lovely and great to drive.
