I saw the Mitsubishi Outlander on the internet and went to Motortrust. I think on the day I dealt with the manager himself, he was fine, he made the whole experience easy enough to deal with, very much just like buying a car there was no sort of downside to it.

I went to Motortrust to buy a car for my son, he had seen the Vauxhall Mokka online. My experience while I was there was absolutely fine; I spoke to a young lad called Morgan, who was brilliant. He made sure that all the bits that my son had asked for had been ordered, he made it very easy to deal with and the service has been absolutely wonderful. This is the second time going back to Motortrust Garstang, I will definitely go back when I need a new car!

Since buying the car its all been going really good. We are happy with it. The salesman Joe was really nice and provided a good service. He was knowledgeable and with my partner loving his cars they got chatting and it seemed like he really cared. We have nothing to complain about, and would buy from them again.

I would rate the overall experience as a 5, I do have a couple of things to sort out with Motortrust but I haven't contacted them yet because of our current circumstances so can't hold that against them. The purchase of our new car was very smooth and trouble free

I saw the car advertised online through Auto Trader. The low mileage was what made the car stand out to me and the site was only an hour from my home. On the day everything was perfect and I highly recommend Ben. He was great!

I wanted a Q5 as I had a previous one, which unfortunately had problems and was returned. I saw my Q5 from Motortrust advertised on Auto Trader. When I went to the site, the salesperson was really helpful and there was absolutely no pressure. He said I could drive as many cars as I liked. The only thing which is a shame is that the car has a smell of cigarettes a few weeks after delivery. I have put some air fresheners in the car, which will hopefully make the smell go away.

I love the Audi A1 and find it drives lovely. It’s economical and the automatic is a lot easier for me. Morgan was lovely and helped with anything I needed to know. I phoned him a couple of times before collecting the car with questions about things like the bank transfer and payment.
