Unfortunately I did have a problem with the sunroof leaking in on my car after some really heavy downpour but the guys at MP were great, they got this booked in to be looked at immediately and got a curtsey car out to me while this was being carried out. I can't fault them, like I say it was unfortunate that this happened but I couldn't have asked for more from them when I bought this to their attention. They were eager to help throughout the whole process.

I got a long with the team at MP really well, they are brilliant and were really understanding of my situation and patient while I was getting things sorted at my end. Overall I had a really positive car buying experience with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I wish I could give MP Motor company more than five stars, their customer service is truly outstanding! They are everything you'd expect from a dealership... approachable, friendly etc, no pressure, highly knowledgeable. My car is perfect, honestly I am just really happy with how well everything went and that I have been sold a good car that is reliable and exactly what I wanted. I was treated very well by the team at MP, I travelled down by train to buy my BMW and the dealership sent a team member to meet me there and give me a lift back to the dealership. I found this to be a well planned out and thoughtful extra! The exceptional customer service also continued while I was at the dealership making the purchase.

The customer service I received at MP was absolutely excellent, superb even! I really hope that the team at the dealership see my review as they deserve to know what a good job they did, I left the dealership a very happy customer with a cracking deal. The car I purchased is brilliant. I would without a doubt return here when I am ready for my next car.

I like to change my car every 18-24 months so I will definitely be baring MP Motor company in mind, I've had a few emails since I bought my Ford Kuga with the new stock on and I have almost been tempted already 😂 But I am very very pleased with my Kuga so I will try my best to resist for a little while longer! MP is an excellent dealership and the staff are great. I would have to give them five stars.

I have had a couple of cars from MP and on this occasion (as with all the others) I had no issues what so ever. The salesperson I dealt with was personable, honest and helpful. He even offered to come in on his holiday day off to see me. Once again it was a very easy purchase to make and I am very satisfied. In due course I will be popping back in again for my next car. I simply can't resist.

I am really pleased with MP garage, I went there to purchase a Vauxhall and the team were extremely helpful. Even after the purchase when I had a slight niggle, they were more than happy to resolve. I've not had any jip from it since and its been lovely to drive. No hesitation in recommending this garage to others.

Really pleasant chaps at MP dealership, was nice to be able to have a good chat with decent people while I was buying my Citroen. Happy to recommend and re visit when I'm due an upgrade.
