The car is good but for some initial hitch. I would've loved the aircon to have been gased-up and the minor fault avoided. However, it's an eight year old car and drives well. As earlier mentioned, the customer care service is good....70%...I'm sure you'll take that.

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer this year. The first was a great experience everything was good and the salesman was very helpful. The second purchase was not as good I was promised that staff would do a walk around and put any minor faults right. After purchase I found that stone chips had not been repaired and various pieces of wheel arch trim were damaged. I was offered repair to the paint chipping but that would mean a period of time without the vehicle post purchase, I would possibly use the dealer again

Going to MP motors was an absolute breeze for us. We went to see a mini which was on there website which we weren't keen on but we quickly spotted one we liked in their showroom. Lee was fantastic start to finish a true professional never rushing us an explaining everything in detail. Thank you all so much, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to my friends. No pressure, helpful sales staff. Had a decent length unaccompanied test drive, which enabled us to better gauge the car. Good electronic back up. Car in immaculate condition when we picked it up.
