The vehicle itself is okay, but I wasn't happy with the bodywork, as there was a small bump on the bumper that I was promised would get sorted but never did. After chasing via phone and being promised calls back, I had to contact the team via live chat and to be fair after half an hour, the manager did call me back. But after 12 days I had to take it back to the Garstang branch for it to get sorted, and it's still visible. There were other issues with the parcel shelf which was sorted quickly, but it wasn't the case for the dent.

Great, hassle free transaction gave me a good price for my car no haggling Tom was true to his word I'd traveled 90 miles from pulling up to setting back off home it took less than 25 mins they also put me some insurance on the car for that day to get home till i had time to sort my own great experience would not hesitate to buy from this garage again

This was the first time I had been to MotorTrust, and what a positive experience it was! Not one complaint from me. Morgan, who helped with the sale, was really professional and sorted everything out for me. Not once did I ever get the feeling of pushiness or pressure for a sale from him. The car itself is excellent and I am so pleased with it. What a great first experience with this dealership.

I had a great experience buying a car from motortrust Garstang. Tom was very relaxed & friendly, I didn’t feel pressured at all & he was able to answer all my questions. It was hassle free buying. But that’s the easy bit, unfortunately buying a used car can come with set backs & it’s how these are dealt with that matter more than just taking your money from the sale. & here’s where motortrust Garstang did well. My new car had a leak & it was taken back no questions asked under warranty. I was provided with a courtesy car & my car got repaired in a timely manner & I received receipts for the work carried out. I am now enjoying my new car & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend motortrust Garstang to anyone looking to buy a quality car. Thanks Tom.

The sales reps have been brilliant, and they are really nice people. Since the purchase, we have had multiple issues that keep requiring the car to go into the garage. Even though the aftersales service has been good, it is frustrating that the problems are not being resolved the first time the car goes in.

First time I've used this company, would definitely recommend.

I've dealt with them a lot in the past - we've had about 4 cars from them so far, we are always well looked after. We did have to wait 2 or 3 weeks before getting the vehicle once the transaction had been completed this time though, due to work which was required which wasn't ideal, Everything else was sweet, I'll be going back.

The car is great and the process was relatively quick. Reason for 4 instead of 5 is that I was given 3 keys, 2 of which didn't work. Getting in touch to arrange picking the car up was a bit difficult. I found multiple food wrappers in the door pockets and I was given printed copies of information regarding a different vehicle. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car with motor trust again as the car is great
