They have been alright. I've got a bit of an issue with the car at the moment - it seems to be losing coolant. I have contacted them and I need to take it to a garage and contact my warranty company to get it sorted. The customer service guys were great, no complaints at all there. I would go back to them in the future, absolutely.

I haven't done many miles so far just commuting, but I love the car. The customer service was pretty good - there was a few slow replies though and it took me a while to get the car because they were waiting for a part for the windscreen.

The car has been absolutely fine. I have been enjoying it and have had no issues.

5 stars for every thing, just one point not received any V5 documents, Tom said he would chase it but have heard nothing. Car ready and valeted on the day I arrived Tom was a good host, would defenintly recommend you to friends

The sales guys were good, they were helpful, and any questions I asked they had all the answers to. I've done about 1k miles since I've had the car and I'm loving it so far. 4 stars because there's always room for improvement.

On the day, they were really good to be fair. I saw the car on AutoTrader, rang them, and there wasn’t any pressure - just a focus on making sure I was choosing the right car. They seemed to know a lot about the car, which was impressive, considering it’s not a Vauxhall garage. The experience was mostly okay, apart from getting an oil leak within a week. The oil pressure light came on, and they were trying to encourage me to take the car somewhere else, but I was under the impression they would sort it. It turns out whoever serviced the car didn’t put enough oil in. I paid for a diagnostic, but they’ve since refunded it. They were all very nice, and luckily the dealer is only down the road - otherwise, I think I would’ve really struggled to get the car back to them. It was frustrating afterwards, but I feel like the issue was a rare occurrence. so I'd still give them 5 stars.

To tell you the truth, I am absolutely enjoying the car. The customer service was immaculate. Morgan, the salesman, was very helpful throughout the process. I rate the dealership 4.5 stars, and the only reason I took off the 0.5 was the price. Then again, I am sure you pay a little extra for the immaculate service that was provided.

I am loving the Golf that I bought from Motor Trust. I spent a lot of time working in Bury, so I was already aware of Motor Trust. Morgan, the salesman I dealt with, was great. The only thing that let them down a bit was that the website said I would get free delivery since I live 30 miles away, but when I got there, that wasn’t the case. However, I would still give them five stars as they were decent overall.
