They showed good customer service at Motor Trust, and I was happy with how things went. The only issue we had, which is why I would give it four stars, is that we were reassured we would receive a new headrest, but we never ended up getting it.

Good motor, I can't fault it. I didn’t have a lot of time on the day, I drove past, saw it, went in, bought it, and collected it a few days later. It was fully valeted, clean, and ready to go. Very efficient service.

On the day of the purchase, they were as good as gold with me. I had a five-star experience with them. I have had a few issues with the car and have contacted them about it. The only thing that could improve is the aftersales service, as I had to call three times. However, I would still give them five stars.

I use the car daily to go to and from work, When I first went they gave me the keys, said to go on a test drive and let me look around the car myself which was appreciated. I had a great experience.

It was a great experience from start to finish and quite a quick transaction. I saw the car on the website, went in and Andy was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything and he was really nice. There was a slight problem with the aircon not working but after a bit of back and forth it was sorted eventually. I would absolutely go back and I've already recommended them to family.

I contacted regarding a particular car which I got the info for and was told if I want to come and have a look at it give me a shout, if that's not right we have other similar cars. The only tiny improvement would be maybe offer customers a cup of tea? It was a very good experience.

The car turned up when they said it would, they even delivered it on a Saturday morning because we couldn't make the day before due to work. The sales guys were good as gold, they sent us some videos to show the condition, and they said if I don't like it to just send it back. They were so easy to deal with. Highly recommended by me.
