Really impressed with the dealership and the Skoda. The Skoda is really nice to drive, and Tom was great. I would definitely give them a 5 with how they treated me, and I would return in the future.

My experience at Motor Trust was good overall, there were a couple of minor scratches that I came across, and to be fair to them, they did try to fix them as best as possible. They answered all questions that I had and were accommodating.

The van that I purchased has been absolutely fantastic, although I did have to wait over a month for the van to have some issues rectified after I paid the deposit. Other than that, it was relatively painless.

5 excellent customer service. Communication was great and Tom was really helpful throughout the process. There was no pushy sales pitch just really helpful and made buying out new car a really nice experience . Thank you !

We bought a car from Motortrust Uk Garstang in February. The staff were efficient and friendly and we are pleased with our purchase.

The chap who helped me with the purchase was just brilliant. He was nice and helpful, and for anything I needed done, he made sure it was all completed to a high standard before I took the car away with me. I have been really pleased with the BMW — it is a nice drive, it was valeted for me, and I would very much recommend the dealership. I was actually recommended to go here by a colleague and couldn’t be happier with my decision.

This was the first time I had ever got a car delivered to me without going to the dealership and I am pleased to say I would do it again thanks to this experience. Everything went smoothly and the car was delivered on time, it came as expected with no surprises and so far I haven't had any issues with it, I would recommend this dealership for deliveries.

My rating would be a 4.5 if I had to pick! Overall I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Stephen when I came to purchase the vehicle back around February time but as a minor inconvenience it did not come supplied with an inflation kit which I had to source myself. Thankfully they reimbursed me in the end for the kit so that wasn't too much of a problem! That aside I have been very happy with my purchase and as far as first cars go I couldn't complain so with any luck I'll get many good years of service from it!

We can't fault his dealership. If your looking for a used car this place has a wide range to choose from. Big or small, older or newer look no further. The showroom is immaculate and the staff really professional and courteous and relaxed. Not like others we tried. The customer service was excellent. We dealt directly with Andy who couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or patient. He explained all the details really well and didn't tire of our many questions! We felt less stressed during the whole process than elsewhere. We will certainly be back when we next want to change cars, hopefully not too soon, but have every confidence that we will find the same welcome and assistance. Thanks, Andy!
