Getting on really well with my Seat, it’s running fine and a lovely car to drive. I did notice the plastic trim underneath the boot door was hanging off at the point of sale and I did mention it but it wasn't sorted when I came to collect it. As the car has been used daily, it's since fell off, so I just need to get in touch to hopefully get it sorted. Other than that, all good. The customer service was great from the lad that looked after me, he was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Had the car for a few weeks, seems okay at the moment. Only downside is the AC is blowing warm. There was some confusion when collecting as it wasn’t ready when I came down but I needed the car because I was going on holiday. Customer service seemed fine from Nathan, there no pressure. Nothing amazing, just straightforward.

I purchased from the Lancaster branch of Motortrust after my partner bought theirs from them a few months ago. The sale was an easy process, there is nothing really to report apart from the valet before collection, which could have been more thorough. So far the car is driving well.
