Everything was pretty good, there was a bit of a to do about the time I was collecting the car but it was all sorted in the end. Chad was really helpful, although he wasn't in when I actually collected the car but it was only the quick handover so that was okay.

We love it but can't seem to get good charge. It's our first electric car and apart from that we love the car. We were passing the dealer one day and went in. Nathan was lovely, dead friendly but there wasn’t much feedback from him with regards collection. When we dealt with other dealerships they passed it to somebody else if that person isn’t in but they didn’t do that so better communication needed hence the score. Car was clean and presentable on collection

I was desperate for a new car as mine had broken down the week before and I needed one for work. I explained my situation to them and they said to come in we have one, reserved it and got it straight away. The car was all cleaned as I expected it. Customer service was really good, no problems with that at all and the car is perfect.

Andy was quite nice when I spoke with him. I have a technical problem with the car where my CarPlay disconnects randomly and sometimes reconnects. I haven’t contacted the dealership regarding. There was also a small oil leak that was resolved for me. However, overall the experience was good.

The process at the dealership was a bit confusing, as I was rushing because I was going to the hospital at the same time. I am still missing the warranty and service paperwork, and I don’t have the time to chase. There was a bit of a communication issue regarding the finance prices. But, overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Ben at MotorTrust. He was a really good salesman. I will be coming back to them when I need a new car.

I was after something of a similar shape and size as the BMW X2 and the one I found from Motortrust was the right spec, good condition, no real issues and nearly new. It was perfect! The service from Connor was all good, I couldn't fault it.

I was looking for a seven seater and came across them on social media. Ben was friendly, he helped explained everything to me clearly and looked after me throughout. Gave us full details and everything. He showed me the car and sorted some issues out for us. We came back a few days later to collect. I have noticed an issue with one of the seatbelts and we had slight change to the collection days but other than that its been ok.
