Issue with the bonnet release mechanism which was completely seized resulting in me having to take the car to my local garage to get the problem sorted which was inconvenient, also when I collected the car there was next to no fuel in the car again an inconvenience to find a fuel station in unfamiliar surroundings.

The Car is great.

This was the 2nd car I've bought from MotorTrust because there was issues with the first car I bought, so we did a straight swap for the MG I have now. Plus I then found out Motortrust hadn't registered the V5 in my name so I've had to deal with the DVLA to try to sort it out. Despite that, the guy who I dealt with was absolutely lovely, he was such a nice lad and even bought me a bottle of wine which was a nice touch, and the car I've got has been fine so far.

It was a good experience, but they said it had full service history but I haven't received it yet. I dealt with Connor - he was fantastic. He sent me lots of photos of the car so I could make a decision. I'm really liking the car so far.

Nathan was the sales representative who helped me on the day of the purchase in August. The car has been great so far, and so has Nathan’s customer service.

The service from the staff at Motortrust Lancaster was absolutely great, and the sales person Ben was brilliant to deal with. There was a small issue with a windscreen chip but they get this resolved hassle free. The car is driving wonderfully and I would go back to them again.

The car was for the Mrs and she seems to be enjoying it so far. We are still waiting on the paperwork showing the AA check has been done though. Ben who we dealt with was was sound - there was no pressure to buy or anything like that. He was straight up with us, were were straight up with him.
