I haven't had the chance to drive the VW Passat much yet, but from what I know, I'm more than over the moon. Alan, who helped me, did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend the garage. His mannerism was excellent, and he went above and beyond to assist. Really impressed. If I could, I'd rate it 6 stars out of 5!

These chaps really know their stuff! There were so welcoming and kind from start to finish. There knowledge on the car I was purchasing was great and I was given lots of information! They were upfront and honest and it was just what I wanted. The Toyota Aygo is a cracking wee car! Highly recommendable! Although no one is perfect so I will give them a very healthy 4!

I came to Mount Vernon to purchase my son his car, it was a VW Polo and he is over the moon with it. He has not driven it much yet as we are just waiting for the big test. He is very confident and so am I and he is very excited to get behind the wheel and have his freedom! I felt as if these guys truly looked after did and did the most and helped me out so much! The car has been absolutely brand new, I am so pleased with it. The only issue I had was a split in the hose, but I got that sorted myself it was a very easy fix, and something that couldn't have been picked up before hand anyway. The guys were brand new to deal with, I think it was Charlie who helped with the deal, he was A*, couldn't have asked for anymore from him. Without a doubt I'd recommend MVM, absolute belter of a dealership👍.

Mount Vernon have been absolutely amazing to deal with, such a helpful, polite team, they really have gone out of their way for me, they have done more than I expected and were always just a phone call away if I needed anything.
