Absolutely magic, we are over the moon with the Honda CRV we recently purchased from Mount Vernon Motors. They really are an excellent dealership, We bought our last Hyundai from them too and we loved that car so much, we never had a single issue with it! With our last purchase, we didn't receive the second set of keys to begin with, however, the team said they would let us know when they found them and they would send them out to us. 3 months later I had a phone call stating that they had found the keys, and they got them sent out to us right away. I was so impressed that they did stick to their word and got them out to us, and that is the main reason as to why I came back. The customer service they provide is better than any car dealership we have been to before. Alan was our sales guy, and he was absolutely superb, couldn't fault him one bit. My daughter is actually looking to move from her convertible mercedes, to an estate of some sort, so please, if you have anything similar, do get in touch!

The car is for my wife, and she is absolutely delighted with it. I bought it for her as a birthday present,(the most generous I have been in a long time!) and she loves it! She has had lots of compliments on the car from her lady friends! It was Alan and Linda that I dealt with, and they were brilliant, the whole team were first class in fact. Their communication was excellent, and they sold me a beautiful car. It ticked all of the boxes and the whole process was as I like to call it.... seamless. There was no potholes or sleeping police, it was marvellous!

Really really good, I am so pleased with the car. I did have some minor problems but Mount Vernon were very kind and lovely and got those issues sorted for me under warranty. They handled every part of the process very very well. Without a doubt I would have to give them 5 stars, I had such a good experience!

Absolutely fantastic service from Mount Vernon, they sold me a wonderful Audi A3 Cabriolet. They couldn't have done anything to improve, they were faultless from beginning to end!

We were actually abroad when we were buying the car, so it was a wee bit tricky, however, the team did absolutely everything they could to make it as easy and quick as possible. Everything we requested they sent across, and the car was exactly as they had described it to be. It was absolutely immaculate when we did get the car, I was so happy with how everything went through, and would recommend anyone to use Mount Vernon, whether that be viewing the car in person, or buying one over the phone.

I can't quite remember the name of the sales agent who I dealt with at Mount Vernon, however, everyone was so so helpful and kind. The car is for my dad, and they were so patient in explaining everything to us before we went through with the sale. The Fabia has been a lovely little car, he hasn't been able to take it out as much as he wanted too, but he is very happy. Thank you all for the help!
