I am absolutely over the moon with my Freelander I recently purchased, I got it for a cracking deal, and the car has been a dream ever since taking it away. From start to finish the team were excellent, it was a whole team effort, everyone did a fantastic job, I can't recommend them enough! I usually shop at main dealers, however, after experiencing the first class service from the Mount Vernon team I don't think I will ever buy from any other place again! They have outshone any other dealer I have visited before. Everything I requested was done, I cannot pick a single fault even if I tried! 6 stars, and if I could give more, I would, they are the best around! 👏

Wow, Mount Vernon have blown me away with their exceptional customer service! The A3 looked fantastic at MVM, so I snatched up the deal right away as it was in great condition for the age and mileage! When I got home, I noticed a small issue with one of the brakes, so I called the guys up who were more than happy to help, and apologised for the inconvenience. They got someone out to me the next day, and changed the calliper on my doorstep, talk about first class service! I really can't fault the team one bit, and would recommend anyone to use them, they are second to none!
